ZERO STARS WONT LETRUDE AND VERY RACEIST MANAGER, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST THRY WILL ONLY HELP YOU IF YOU KNOW SPANISH REALLY NO JOKE. PEOPLE ARE NOT HAPPY TO HELP AND TRY TO SCREW YOU OUT OF MONEY THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY OR DO THEY WANT YOU IN THE BANK AT ALL. AND ATM NEVER WORKS IS ALWAY BROKEN BUT THEY SAY THEY TAKE THE MONEY OUT TO HAVE IN STORE. REALLY SO WHY EVEN HAVE AN ATM..... DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE AT THIS LOCATION THEY ARE VERY BAD PEOPLE THERE.GO TO THE LOOK 288 IS WHAT THEY TELL EVERYONE TO GET YOUR MONEY OUT IF YOU WANT IT. LOOP 288 BANK IS WAY BETTER ANYWAYS THERE MORE PROFFESIONAL AND WANT YOU THERE BANKING. AND THERE ATM IS WORKING SO NEED TO WAIT IN LINE.

Not the best bank, if you are wanting to go in person be prepared to stand in line for quite a while unless you go early in the day.

The employees that work at this location are RUDE. You must get a weird power trip. It's cool though, I'm calling corporate and if treated the same will be closing my account with first convenience. Convenience????

Karla is extremely rude She is the reason i rather not come here. If you want good service go to the one off loop. terrible service. i don't understand how they continue to employed such unprofessional, uneducated, rude people. Stay away from this place especially the "assistant manager" which definitely does not know how to manage her own attitude Karla Sanchez.

True to use the atm and the girl karla was extremely rude and was told they were close, every time I come in here the same girl is always rude and unprofessional her and other employees there are high you can even smell the pot from their own breath. I wish they replaced those unprofessional employees .

I had my 17 year old son and his friend going to use the coinstar at Walmart. For the customer service rep manuiplate the situation leading them to believe they were opening a “coinstar or money mkt acct” unfortunately. He is a minor, therefore why was a checking Acct opened without a parent or guardians presence?

It seems the pretty guy and woman who live here ain't got nothing better to do that stand out front and talk about other people. I appreciate their beauty but not their outward discussions about people walking by. Not cute, nor professional. Y'all act like folks can't hear. Management needs to find them more productive things to do during slow periods...

Asked if the ATM did deposits. Got "were closed" in a very ride manner. Will be changing banks because not only rude employees but can't even make deposits at the ATM. FIRST INCONVENIENCE BANK.

I didn't have a bank account and after trying a few places that couldn't take care of a very basic need, Asst Manager Gutierrez got me sorted in less than 15 min. I got a new bank account (I've not had one in years), access to the app, clear instructions on how the app/activation/account would work and most importantly I got my check cashed. These folks were busy when we got in line, trying to maintain cleanliness and social distancing and working tirelessly. Highly recommended this crew.
