i was helped by a nice man named John at this location, he was so sweet and made my long day so much better. we chatted as he rung me and my friend out and despite his long shift he still had a big smile on his face and had a great attitude. we need more people like this in retail and his hard work definitely deserves some recognition. big thanks to john 🫶

Went to go do a return at the five below on University. Should have been super simple and fast because I had my receipt email to me. Girl at the front desk didn't know how to do my return. And when she went to get the manager the manager told her to tell me it was going to be a while because she's throwing away trash. Great to know that throwing away the trash is more important than helping customers at this location.... Great job five below exclamation!

In town on business when I realized that I'd forgotten my headphones and mic. Ran here for a replacement before a meeting. Store was organized and the cashier was very friendly.

Went around 6 today. On the website it says they closed at 8 but there was a guy outside the door telling everyone they were closed AT 6. Very inconvenient
