The “manager” here has an absolutely awful attitude and immediately becomes defensive when you point out that the prices on their own website don’t match what’s in-store. She tried to blame it on my location, so I set the site to her exact store—same price discrepancy. Her response? “Well, I don’t know what to tell you. The prices are different on the website and app.” Um 😶 5below.com is the same store??
She then said she’d “change it,” cut me off before I could even respond, snapped out a forced “you’re welcome,” and rushed me off with a fake “have a great night.” The entire interaction was chaotic, dismissive, and wildly unprofessional. Based on how disorganized and erratic the staff interaction was, management seriously needs retraining… or at the very least, a professionalism check.

On 04/14/2024 was my first visit at this location and will definitely be my last. In all the years that I have been living I have never been racially profiled until this day. I was told by the associate as well as the manager that corporate want them to scan certain people. What makes matter worse is that I called the corporate office and spoke to the receptionist and explained to her everything that happened and she stated that the GM would be giving me a call within 48 hours. Well I. am just going to say that its been a week later and I still have not received a call or email which shows they definitely do not care.

I love this 5 below. The store is always clean. The selection is bigger than some of the other locations that I have visited and the staff is always friendly.
