Christina helped us today and she was so helpful, informative, and sweet! I always loved Francesca’s style but never in my size. Now that the brand is more inclusive I found dresses that blew me away with comfort and fit. Thank you Christina for seeing that I needed help and making my day.

I enjoy going to Framcesca’s to shop I love their skin care products and what they carry within pop culture references. The staff is kind and excellent customer service! And the apparel is awesome! Lots of variety and color!!

My friends saw a young girl being followed by two adult men (who were taking pictures of her) so we followed her into this store to let her know. It turns out that she's SIXTEEN. A MINOR. The manager (I learned her name is Jessica) made us all leave before security could finish getting all the details of the incident while the guys were still outside. Her attitude was rude, unprofessional, and worst of all, uncaring. I'm so sorry that helping a girl in danger was such an inconvince to your store. Trust me when I say we'll never come back again.

Wont shop at this location again. Associate was extremely rude and unprofessional during an easy return I had to make. Used to love shopping here but this particular associate was miserable and acted as if I was inconveniencing her.

Everything was really expensive but it all seems high quality and the stuff was really cute. If you have the money, its a great store for women's apparel. 7/10 would get the money to shop again

Wow, so Spencers hasn't changed since I was a teenager? I guess there is something oddly comforting in that fact, but it also makes me wonder how they survive if they don't adapt? The first thing I saw upon entry was the wall of album tees. The same albums that were up in a different Spencer's when I was 15. They are all good choices, but I expected to not recognize at least a few, lol! In fact the only merchandise I could tell was different was the introduction of the p*** emoji for a few items. Otherwise, Spencer's is a very funny gift shop filled with a variety of hilarious shirts varying in degrees of being appropriate to wear in public (oh yeah, some onesies too), hats, socks, shot glasses, flasks, furry handcuffs (and similar), lava lamps and an array of gag gifts. I've always been about the shirts, but frankly the prices are pretty high for what you get. I did notice that a majority of the merchandise had signs for Buy One, Get 50% Off. You have to decide if it's a deal or not. I wasn't spoken to by an employee the entire time I was there. Another thing that hasn't changed. There isn't really a kid friendly section of the store. Some of the adult gifts are toward the back... but even some of the questionable shirts are right up front. So be mindful of who you wander in with. I wouldn't want you to find yourself in an awkward conversation with your 10 year old nephew or your grandmother. This store always makes for intetesting browsing. The service may not be great and prices are high, but a trip here always makes me laugh!
