Tremendous work quality at great value from Franco’s. I was so pleased with the final repair work; I brought 3 of my vehicles back-to-back to them. Nancy and Alex Franco provided outstanding communication, always letting us know what was happening with our vehicles. Exceptional customer service from Franco’s that is rare these days. I strongly recommend this business.

Phenomenal service and excellent work. I've brought two cars to Franco's and their team turned them around in no time at all. Their pricing is fair and their work is excellent. The service from Alex and Marisol in particular was outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone.

This is a great family run business. The bumper on my car was replaced in a timely manner, and working with Franco and his family was a delight. I will definitely return to this body shop in the future.

Took literal WEEKS to finish damages that were solely cosmetic. Every time I spoke to them they gave me different date for when the car would be ready and it was excuse after excuse with them. Almost 5 weeks to replace a bumper and fender is crazy. I will be contacting the BBB as well as a lawyer as there is no way this is legal to do.

Be careful dealing with this company when it comes to hail damage. My insurance company sent me here for an estimate. They apparently have a relationship with a company around the corner and they sent my vehicle there. They held my vehicle for weeks just for an estimate. I had no vehicle. I had to get the insurance company involved and they informed me to get law enforcement involved. Apparently they did the estimate and were trying to cash in on it also without my permission. I just asked for an estimate. When I asked for the vehicle back they trashed the estimate. Luckily my insurance company had everything they needed. Just be careful with this company.

I took my car to Franco’s body shop for minor damage. The ladies were very communicative always letting me know what was happening and the process with dealing with the insurance was very helpful to me being I have no knowledge. The vehicle was repaired and the actually went beyond what I was expecting. I was recommended to Franco’s many years ago and even then I was happy with the customer service as I am now. Highly recommend them !! 5plus ⭐️😊

We just had repairs done at Franco's and were thoroughly impressed. Their team is very knowledgeable, and I had a quote within minutes. Their pricing definitely beat other quotes I had received. They ordered my hood, painted it, and had everything finished in less than two weeks! I would recommend Franco's expertise to everyone. We won't ever use anyone else!
