We hired her to manage my taxes for my business. She charged us thousands of dollars to literally do nothing. When I got enough IRS letters that I got fed up I went somewhere else and they finally did my taxes. Do NOT pay a retainer to these people.

They did our 2019 taxes, and were available for numerous unrelated questions regarding taxes, unemployment, etc. for months following the completion of their services. If you're anything like me deciding where to go to dinner on Saturday night is a complete feat, much like finding a CPA that works for you and is trustworthy. Luckily, there is Frenzel CPA. Holly and her marvelous staff are hands down awesome. I am a startup towing company (well, I was when they took me on as a new client), that desperately needed guidance in accounting, tax preparation, and financial sectors. I searched online, reached out to friends, spoke with other companies and everything proved to be the most animated kabuki theater when searching for a CPA. I was to the point of calling it quits and taking some online courses to do it myself. Frenzel CPA was my last stop on the list, I sure wish I made them my first.
