These people need to learn to answer there phones I try to call for 30 mins because I stay 30 mins away and these are the only people who have the headset I got their in the a/c and I know it don’t take 30 mins just to help a customer

I bought a ps5 a year ago and the lady made me buy a membership when I knew I didn’t need one to buy it but she said I couldn’t get it without the membership even though that was a thing when the ps5 first came out even on google it says you didn’t need a membership anymore and the employee is just trying to scam me and now I forgot about it and it renewed for another year I haven’t shopped in a GameStop in years I only got it there for the ps5 anyway, don’t ever let them scam you for a membership.

Bianca was able to resolve a very complicated issue we had. She handled the stress of a busy store very well while still being diligent, detailed, professional, and courteous. We will return to this GameStop over all others. If you see her give her a high five. If you are the manager of this store please don’t forget to let her know she is an asset to your company.

Went in there to get a couple games for my kids that I had in there with me and the girl in there asked for my number for the membership and she saw I needed to renew, which was fine and I paid that, then I ask to put some money down on a game and she tells me I need to show my ID to put a down payment on a game cause it's a rated R game, so I can renew a membership without an ID but I can't put money on a game without an ID cause it's rated R, so I'm trying to figure out and asking why is it I can't put money down on a game without a ID and she gets mad and tells me that's our policy and says swipe your card or leave! Last time I checked a customer is allowed to ask why they can't do something that clearly is wrong, all I was trying to do is put money down on a game as I have many times before not buy it right then and never have had to show an ID to put money on a game, only when you actually pick up the game. She clearly didn't like being told she was wrong.

Usually I have had good experiences with Gamestop.I pre-ordered Mortal Kombat premium edition for my son. I paid it in full,$119.-.My son said it would be released on 14 Sept. The employee INSISTED it would be released 19 Sept.On 19 September, my son and I show up to pick up his game.There is no game. Seems it WAS released on the 14th of September.I NEVER received an email, text, phone call , or smoke signal.So what do they do? They sell my ALREADY PURCHASED copy of the game to someone else!I got my $$$back , and right there in Gamestop, bought it on Amazon. I called Gamestop corporation to let them know about this.I MIGHT still go in to buy stuff, but I won't pre-order anything with them.

This store is horrible, they don't ever open on time and the hours posted obviously don't matter to the employees. I will be filing a corporate complaint!!!

I have the same issue with this store. They are ALWAYS late opening. It’s not like a once in a while thing. It’s every single time I go there. We’re talking 15 to 30 minutes late opening. I absolutely hate coming to this store but sometimes it’s the only store in the area that has what I’m looking for. The staff is friendly. But seriously when the store hours says 11am or 12. It’s only a suggestion. The store on BRINKER is incredibly good. But their inventory is lacking. I’m heading up to the University store today and I already know I’ll be waiting for it to open.

So we head here at about 11:40 am and the store wasn't even open. They were supposed to open at 11 am. Then we go to racetrack and come back and they STILL were closed. No notes on the door or Anything. So we wait until 12:20 PM and the employee finally gets there to open the store. There was another employee inside the store as well because when we go in there, there were 2 employees. At least they were nice when we walked in the store.
Thing is this store is always late to open. This would be the second or third time we arrived and they weren't open at opening time.
