I really don't like to talk to insurance agents as a whole. However, Mr. Davis was very welcoming, very knowledgeable, and did not try to sell me anything. He reviewed my policies that are up for renewal and advised me to keep what I had. Such a nice man.

Agent Diane Cade wrote a policy for me and my daughter and charged us according to what was stated on the policy. She did not put in my daughters birthday correctly and we were charged $700 for a back dated insurance policy fee. She told us it was a premium then told us it was a back charge because she put it in wrong...we NEVER got a straight answer only lies!!! How can an insurance company make me pay for HER mistake???? Had I known it would be this expensive I would have NEVER chosen this coverage!!! BAD FOR BUSINESS!!! BAD FOR DENTON!!!

These guys blew me away with the business liability quote that we got from them. They were significantly less than my lowest quote before they talked to me. They were super low-key to deal with, and everyone seems to be awfully nice. I would highly recommend them to you. I'm actually about to renew for 3 other policies that I'm going to let them quote me, and I suspect that they'll do the same on these policies as they did on the first. It's hard to argue with the results I got the first time, and I hope they can get it done for me on these other policies.
