Visited on 5/31/23 and Jalil provided great customer service and directory as soon as entered leading me straight to the product I was seeking. I love being in and out of the store! During checkout I asked a question on recommendations but wasn’t sure how to structure the question but his knowledge on various products was more than what I needed providing value in different goal aspects. Amazing man!

Rushed out of work to get my supplements before they close at 6 on Sunday. It’s 5:30 and the open sign is on, all the lights are on, yet the door is locked and nobody will open it or answer the phone. Thanks, guys

Walked in, the owner asked me what I was in for, I told him and proceeded to give me a full run down of all the supplements that would help me. Told me which ones are best for what type of body I am going for. But the highlight of my experience was that he told me about creatine.I grabbed one of them mindlessly and he asked me if I was going to take preworkout, when I told him “no” he proceeded to show me alternative forms of creatine since the one that I grabbed was hard to make taste good without preworkout. Instead of trying to upsell, he showed me an alt form that was the same price.On top of all of that, he told me when to take the supplements I bought.Good man, very knowledgeable, beyond helpful.

Sign says open, online times says store opens at 11am on Sundays. Got there at 11:45am to find the doors locked and lights off. Hard to find good help these days I guess

I like it staff is friendly and noligeble,I dont like the fact that they always push the big jug of pre workout,that stuff when you mix it stays at the bottom other then that everything else is fine.

Where to begin....I’m on this weight loss journey and I want to improve my weight loss progress. Ryan, an associate at this GNC location was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He greeted me and asked me what I was looking for. He asked specific questions to find exactly what I needed to take to further help me on my journey. Being new to taking supplements can be worrisome to others including myself, but Ryan helped me. He didn’t upsell me, I just upsold my self! Him being so knowledgeable and patient, made me more interested of taking more supplements, and to help me further on this weight loss journey. Will be back here when I need to refill or to get different supplements! Thanks Ryan!

Even though I seldom visit the store, they have the product. Good for me because there are usually only one or two of that particular product on the shelf.

The manager of this store is not honoring what GNC offers. This location should not be part of GNC. Manager, Tim Bannecker decided that the GNC promotion of buying one and second half off is not good for his store and basically called me liar. Go to a different location and be treated with respect. GNC should close this store.12/18/2020
