It is rare that I leave reviews but this store had the rudest cashier. Standing to the right of the registers (as they stated in a sign) in line. The person in front is called to the register and the other register clears of their current customer. We wait patiently to see if she will call us (as is rude to just assume they are ready..I understand they may need a second to do something else..we watch her doodle). After a third register opens and they don't call us I ask if they are open and the cashier that was already there says yes so we go over. The person in front of us had a lot of breakable items so it was taking longer to individually wrap them, no problem. I get it. I said I wasn't sure if they were ready bc we weren't being called over. The cashier said "that's not really our job to call you over". Really?! I'm pretty sure it is your job to let me know you are ready. She was super rude the whole transaction. Threw the items in a bag then tossed the bag at my 12 year old. Receipt says her name is Zoey. You really need to train better.
Just went back to this location ate a few months. Different person. Same bad attitude. Just stared as I said a friendly hello. Sad.

Great prices, selection, and staff. This is definitely the better goodwill option for Denton.

Prices are extremely outrageously high. Store is always dirty, disorganized, and stuff just thrown up on shelves.

the price gouging is insane, even for Goodwill standards. Jeans are $8+. Pilled t-shirts go for $6. Interior was fairly clean and employees were nice and polite, though.

i was a bit overwhelmed by the selection of clothes that they had when i came in. the items were very hard to look through since they packed the racks full, so i didnt get a chance to look at some items because of that. the pricing is okay, some items are marked super high and others are decently priced... other than that i think adding a few more racks would help customers look at the items better as well as making it easier for the workers to sort the items (the pajamas were in the same section as active wear without label). i probaly would choose other thrift stores over this one due to how cramp the clothes are, but i did find this cool jacket.

Why do some stores do a customer appreciation day and others do the color of the week? The appreciation days take away the need to remove the color tags off the floor for the week.

Terrible place, 50% is advertised on certain labels and they do not apply the discount or they should be clearer and say already included.

Sorry i gotta say this. It has gone to pieces. I pray it will get back to its basic of serving customers instead of themselves.

Used to love this Goodwill amd pile my basket full, now there are no fitting rooms so I had to leave with nothing. Clerk tried to tell me the fitting rooms have been gone since Covid. I was in there about 7 months ago and there were fitting rooms.

If I could I would give 0 stars stay away from this place? not only do they not have fitting rooms but they also scam you out of your money on sunday the color of the week was red my mom got most of her items red meaning 50% off well they didn’t take the discount off and she paid full price the next day we came back to complain and asked them what color they had on Sunday they said red and we quickly told them that they had charged full price and they started changing their story they said they had no clue what color was yesterday and that it was orange not red I was confused they had originally told me red and now they were saying orange I asked to speak to the manager and she told me the color was in fact red and after I told her the issue she started to change her story as well and even said the color was blue I was so confused I stopped caring whatever it’s going towards hopefully a good cause but never shopping here again

I don’t understand why Goodwill has gotten rid of their fitting rooms in some stores. It makes it so hard to shop in person for clothes. I don’t have time to take stuff back to the store the next day. Also the prices were outrageous. I spend 20 dollars and only got a sweater and a jacket. Shirts and jackets used to be $4-6.
