They broke a very important part on my car, and yes, they replaced it finally , but not before they had my car down for several weeks because they broke the part. I asked for a loner car or rental so I could work, and they refused. I lost my job because they caused me to miss so much work. To top it all off they didn't do good work and I had to have Christian brothers redo all the work this shop did on my car because it was all bad and they caused more damage on other parts related to parts they changed. I even had to have the new tires that I just got from them replaced yet again at another shop because they put tires on my car that were junk. Do not go here they destroyed my car and cost me my job.

Incompetent technicians and/or fraudulent service. Went to have non-working heater system in my car repaired in February before returning to Michigan from Texas. I made the mistake of telling them the limit on my Goodyear card was about $1,500. They charged me an initial fee of about $750, without system being fixed. They wanted another $750 to continue work on car for additional analysis. it is no apparent they wanted to use all of my available credit for their "work." I refused and drove home to Michigan in the cold without the heater being fixed. Just recently took to repair center in Michigan as we are approaching winter weather. They fixed system for about $350 by replacing a couple of actuator doors. Beware of being ripped off by this facility.

I took my car to this shop for an alignment, and not only did their equipment break while lifting my car, but they also told me my strut was bent, which they claimed was the reason they couldn’t align it correctly. After making adjustments, they actually made the alignment worse on the right rear and front, then told me that was the best they could do (see first picture). I didn’t trust them, so I took my car to another shop for a second opinion, where the alignment was fixed properly (see second picture). I would recommend avoiding this place, as they clearly lack the competence to handle vehicle repairs. Proceed at your own risk.
