We've been using TAS 2 for the last several years to service all of our vehicles. We always leave feeling like we are valued customers. We recently had to have a motor replaced in our Jeep Wrangler and it came with many challenges. Amy went out of her way to make sure we had all of the information needed to make informed decisions and stayed in constant communication throughout the process. Great customer service!!

Friendly, fast, but forgot to give me the veterans discount on veterans day. I even showed my ID. I just paid and left since I was going to another appointment.

Another positive visit at TAS. I was very impressed with the service writers willingness to ride in the car with me so he could properly explain the noise I was hearing. That was a next level option that I had never experienced anywhere else. Repair was completed on time and without issues.

They changed people. I liked the other people better. They hired a lady that looks like she homeless. She very polite but wow. She vapes and I can smell it. I don’t know why they hired her and there is three guys standing around doing nothing. I have been taking my vehicle there for a long time. Plus the furniture always sucked. Like they can not buy new and comfortable chairs to sit. Especially people with bad backs.I made an appointment at 3. I got there at 230. And they said the tech has to take a lunch break. What is the sense of making an appointment.

I TRUST this group with my vehicles. My third one now…I have been taken advantage of by other establishments because I am a single woman who doesn’t speak ‘auto’, but TAS II has always shot straight with me and created a trust. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is b/c the waiting situation isn’t great…especially if it is for hours.

They are always nice and give me a lift to work when I need to leave my car a while. They also have wifi available so I can work while I wait. Everyone I have interacted with is always friendly.

I got an oil change with TAS 2 of Denton. They let me know everything I needed to about my car and made it a quick and easy service! Also, super friendly and helpful staff. This is definitely my go to place for taking care of my car. Thank you!!

In the two attempts to bring a vehicle there for a specific repair, no repairs were done because of proposed additional repairs required where other service providers deemed unnecessary. Then charge $32+ for preparing an unsolicited proposal not disclosed upon check in. Never again and google post the same. Twice bitten; shame on me ?

Everyone there was great. Needed to get my a/c done on my truck. I told them the troubleshooting I did. And that helped them to draw it down to a resolution. And my a/c is blowing cold thanks guys

It is a very rare case these days that you find a mechanic that you can trust these days and that is not out there to overcharge you. But I have had many instances where I have brought my vehicles into this shop and they have showed me honesty and integrity to the highest level. I know enough about working on vehicles to do a lot of work (without becoming YouTube certified) but most of the time I just don't have the time to do the work. This shop can't get enough stars from me for their rating. And there is no other place I'd take my vehicle to.

Friendly & took care of me in a timely matter. First went to discount tire cause I had a nail in my tire. They couldn’t get a tire until Monday. Goodyear found one @ the other store, went & got it and got me on the road in less than an hour!! Great service. Exceeded expectations. Thank you.
