They don’t fallow the first in first out ‘ one more thing they first giving time to US customers. Im requesting to all other nationality peoples don't go rezarranch great clips please , one child hair cut they take time like 2 hours i never see like this

I have been a Great Clips customer for several years and I recently visited the Salon in Razor Ranch in Denton, Texas. I got a great hair cut from a lady named Rose. Just want to give her 5 stars for a job well done. I decided to let my hair grow out and she sculpted my short hair in a way that will allow it to grow and look good in the process. She also recommended a leave-in conditioner for me to use and it seems to work well on my hair. The shop was clean, well staffed and Rose definitely knows her stuff. Strongly recommend her and the entire Razor Ranch Great Clips team.

Back of hair was uneven. Asked if she could touch it back up, she didn’t even correct it. Had to go to another place to get it fixed.

Avoid!!! Didn't listen to what I wanted and just cut it the way she wanted. Went in with waist length hair, left with shoulder length. I asked for a trim.

Worst ever hair cut. Please if you guys don’t know how to do hair cut please close the store. Just before i came for hair cut not satisfied at all. They are not ready to listen how to do they are doing it like their wish. Please close the store

Don’t get attached to any stylists here as they are not able to keep any. It’s a revolving door. Excellent talent scouting however as they’ve been lucky to find good hair stylists so far. Alicia and Corey were/are great.

I had a terrible experience at Great Clips. The haircut was rushed and sloppy, and it looked nothing like what I asked for. It was a complete waste of money. Even when I asked for some adjustments, the stylist refused and said no. On top of that, the staff was rude and unprofessional, making me feel uncomfortable the entire time. I’m definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
