Kat is a vibe. She’s been in the business a while and does great work. I’m very particular about who does my hair, but she fits the bill. I even recommended my daughter come to her and she likes her work, too. Kat makes suggestions on what your hair needs, but is not pushy. I’ve had crochet braids, box braids, silk presses, hair color, and most recently, a Brazilian blow-out. If you communicate what you’d like, she is accommodating. If additional services are requested on-site which differ from what you booked on-line, the price will change, but that’s the same with any business. I highly recommend.

Kat always does a knockout job for all of her clients - adults, children, male, female, and all hair types! Kat does them all and she does them well. I have brought my mother and my best friend here to get their hair styled as well. I always recommend her when I receive compliments on my hair!

I got a take down and sew-in. Kat was very accommodating in fitting me in quickly. However, after she had taken my hair down she informed me that the cost will be higher than what I initially booked, I was like it couldn't be but about $25more...she told me almost freaking $100 more. What could I do at this point since she had already taken my hair down. I composed myself just long enough for her to finish and me run and never go back! If she truly wanted my business, try honoring what I booked and let me know the charge is normally such and such. Also, don't hand me your phone to tip you! Seriously?! Also, I had mentioned I wanted to be able to put my hair up and wear a ponytail and to hair out on the side and she DID NOT!!!! My hair looks awful and I am sad and upset. Now I am back on the prowl for a hairstylist, the search is never-ending! One more thing, who uses a wig cap for a sew-in??????!!!!! Now I can't wash my hair weekly like I would normally do - that is crazy! I booked with her to take it all down, but came to my senses; she will not get anymore of my money! I did think she was cool though as far as personality.
Luckily, I found someone to take it don this week. $260 wasted!!!!

I brought my daughter here after she decided to cut her hair on her own, it was extremely uneven and Kat did an amazing job at shaping it while also keeping the length. I told Kat that my daughter got a bad hair cut somewhere to save my daughter the embarrassment and she responded very professionally, which shows that she cares for her clients and helping them out. I would definitely come back to see her, and highly recommend.
