This store is ok but the produce section could be better. Some of the produce can be overripe or moldy at times, so check before you buy.

Krogers at Hickory Creek Plaza is fab! I wanted fresh pineapple but found a pair of gloves for 9.99 and a gorgeous pashmina scarf for 9.99! The wine and sushi section is packed with goodies. Krogers has everything and the items are affordable for singles or families.

Will never go here again! There girl behind the counter was rude to me and my sister and when we got in the car we saw her spray air freshener. I guess our perfume offended her.

No cashiers around 8:15 am Friday morning. Only four self checkouts available, one out of commission. Long line. Avoid. Kroger management at Corporate level apparently are incompetent. Instead of having employees chase shopping carts in the parking lot, implement what Aldi's does and use the savings of manhours used to chase shopping carts to hire a cashier at a higher rate. I believe Kroger employees are union. Negotiate with the union and fix your customer service problem.

I love Kroger, the food is always fresh and most Krogers have great customer series!!! The customer service in this one needs a bit of assistance though. The self checkouts is always open. However, the lanes with assistance are NOT always open! I do not work here, so I do not want to be scanning stuff and looking up codes for the produce when I leave. If there isn't a register open I will go to the customer service desk. The ladies that work there DO NOT like it when I come there to get checked out, and they don'teven bother to get up from their chair that they are sitting on as if I am a disturbanceto them. I literally live across the street so I never buy more than 2-3 things at a time so checking me out should never be an issue...however the level of attitude I get for wanting service from the customer service is ridiculous! There should ALWAYS be at least one lane open at ALL TIMES!!! Again, I DO NOT WORK HERE !! Something was priced incorrectly, and I had a cashier literally YELL at me and tell me I was wrong!!! When I brought it to the managers attention, he didn't seem too bothered by her behavior. I'm not looking for anything out of this complaint other than for y'all to fix the attitudes and keep at least one cashier on the registers during business hours.

Nice plaza. Kroger is Kroger. The Chinese place has chicken on a stick. My favorite and have a hard time finding it sometimes. The pizza hut is pretty MEHHH. The banks are there. You can do most of your chase banking at the walk in atm after hours. There's a bank of America too. Good stuff..
