Kayla, the lease agent was great very helpful and I’ve got the date set in my calendar from one year from today to give the real review depending on what my rates go to they will have a 10 year long Customer if they’re treating me correctly on the rates so for now just three stars.

clean property right next to the police station, feels secure and the unit is a good price. The manager Kaylee was very sweet and not pushy which was nice

I've been renting a unit here for a little while (signed up under the previous manager) and got hit with a rent increase this month that I wasn't prepared for. Kaylee, the new manager, got back to me immediately, and she helped me navigate my lease agreement on the spot. I'm very grateful to her. I was prepared to switch locations, but Kaylee handled my concerns professionally and with care.
For anyone worried (as I was), parking is always accessible, even with downtown Denton's seasonal foot traffic. The facility is also pleasantly clean and well-kept.

I did not like how aggressive the corporate sales people were. In the end, I signed up online, which was much nicer. I moved boxes into the unit like an hour later. The lady who actually works there called about 20 minutes after I signed up to see if I had any questions. It’s right next to the police station, which is nice. Just don’t call to find out pricing—the corporate lackeys will call you every couple of hours to “check in”

My fiancé and I came here after stopping by Extra Space down the road. We weren’t sold on the price of the unit over there, so we came here and met the property manager. Honestly, his vibe alone convinced us - very chill, upfront, and genuinely helpful. The place is clean and easy to access, and the process was surprisingly quick and painless.

Checked out the recommendations of a friend. Went online to compare prices and saw they are good. Went to the location and the employee was very nice and saw the unit before I rented and it was spotless. Very happy with my decision to rent.

This storage place is amazing. The manager Brianna extremely helpful goes out of her way and I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about the customer service that they offer here. Not often you get customer service with a smile but you will here!
