Small place, I've never seen more than three people working there, BUT, I have never had to wait for more than a few minutes and everything is always well done. My daughter gets her nails done there often. I'm always happy to pay what they charge and tip the friendly staff.

This place is horrible disgusting they are so unsanitary they don’t disrespect any of their tools brushes nail file I got a nail fungus from them this last week due to cross contamination plus water getting under my nails from the lifting then my mother in law went in to get her eye brows waxed the used the same stick dipping it back into the wax I made a complaint to the health department just yesterday here are the photos of my nails if you look close enough can see the black growing under the thumb under the lifting

This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I would give 0 stars if I could. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because I understand people that operate a business are human too, but this is ridiculous at this point.
First I went about a week and a half ago and got a pedicure and manicure. The woman who did my nails didn’t speak to me at all, so 0 stars for customer service because she could have at least said hello. Next, she removed the polish on my toes except for my big toe because it was a thicker layer. She shaved it down and I guess when she saw that the remainder didn’t come off, she called it quits. I didn’t address it initially because it was such a thin layer that I assumed it would be covered. She painted my toes and you could clearly see a huge chunk of polish underneath. When I commented on it, she displayed shock as if she didn’t see the clear lump underneath the coat of polish and she insisted on just painting another layer on top. There were just too many small things I had to address. Polish covering my skin. Uneven nail shape. Partially painted nails. And each time, she showed shock as if she had no idea and insisted I show her what was right in front of her eyes. Think, blue nails with about a cm worth of nail white at the corner. Cmon now. It’s ridiculous. She then proceeded to do my nails and insisted on gel because it wouldn’t last as long as regular polish. I took her professional advice. Literally that night my nail chipped and within the week the polish had peeled off on about half of my nails. Again, I brushed it off as just a bad day. They are professionals, but there is room for human error.
So I gave them a go again yesterday. My polish was completely gone because I looked terrible with chunks of polish here and there, so I removed the remaining gel. Upon entering, I expressed my concerns from the previous visit. I just asked for a regular polish on my nails. The tech seemed to show distaste on her face. She finished my nails in literally 5 minutes or less. It was so sloppy. I kept having to point out that polish was covering my skin. Like it was literally dripping off my cuticles. She, in shock, asks “where” as if she does not see a purple polish clearly dripping onto my skin. She cleans the polish with a clearly expressed annoyance on her face. I then have to ask her to redo my thumb because the nail polish is soooooo uneven and sloppy. After she finished, she told me to sit under the dryer and I said far past the 10 minutes she advised. I then, applied lotion and she scolded me and said I’d mess up the nails if I put lotion on and that I needed to be gently, mind you, I was only rubbing it on the skin of my fingers and my palms and in between my fingers. My nails are literally disgusting. They are unevenly coated and it looks like a child did them. It honestly isn’t even worth the $8 I paid because I could have 100 percent done better and that’s disappointing because I am quite uncoordinated.
I am the absolute sweetest person when it comes to receiving a service from a business. I understand that people can be difficult and I make it my mission to always be kind, even with correction, and tip generously where I see fit. That said, the complete disregard to the quality of my nails and the all around negligence of basic nail care is beyond comprehension and reflective of this business’s standard of excellence. Do not waste your time or money here.

The reason i come here is because they are affordable, caring & kind!With a wall of polishes to choose from, you'll have a hard time choosing which polish to pick! They have many different brands and shades of polish for your manicure / pedicure!The pedicures are relaxing & rejuvenating. Once you sit down in their world class massage chairs you wont want to get up! The pedicure list gives you many options of pedicures to choose from! My favorite part of the pedicure is the one with the lemon scrub and hot towel & lotion on your shins it feels so good!On top of that, they are the most welcoming staff! Ive seen women and children come here to get their spa day taken care of! As well as men coming for a pedicure or to clean up their nails! People of all ages and all colors are welcome here! You will be treated with kindness and respect from the best nail team in the DFW!!

I've been to many nail salons, and this one was honestly one of the absolute worst ones I've visited. The environment as well as the service was not professional at all. When I get my nails done, the color usually lasts for at least a month. I got these done 2 weeks ago, and it's already coming off (and not just slightly). Also, I was having trouble deciding between a couple of colors. I had tried a few as well, but as I sat down, I shared with the technician I was having trouble and just wanted to see 2 colors on my 2 nails and instead of being welcoming, the technician's response was that I already had some on. She didn't seem too happy or thrilled to do the work. In addition to all this, I tried to just overlook all this and relax while I was there, but an older male employee was sitting right behind me and scrolling through videos on what seemed like TikTok with high volume. I noticed there was a vacant room in the back not being used that he could have easily sat in and done that. It was not a pleasant experience for me to listen to his videos loudly the whole time, some of which poked fun of politically-related topics. Terrible place.

My sister and I went here Thursday to get ready for my son's wedding. It was a horrible job. Nails are chunky and not filed right they have uneven bumps in the acrylic.They are all different sizes and my pinky has a spot where they messed up the powder and it doesn't go to edge of nail and the nail is mis shaped. My sisters polish was horrible and wasn't even and had bubbles in it. It was thick in some areas and thin in others. The nails are not the correct shape. They just look awful and I have to go to my son's wedding like this since I don't have time to get them fixed.Services: Acrylic nails

First of all he over charged me $20 my total was suppose to be $110 and he said $130 so I didn’t even tip because of that. My nails are ugly and barely filled in. He only did one coat. The only thing I like was my toe nails color. Under my feet is still rough and crusty. This place is trash and not worth the time or money. They have no refund policy because they know how bad they do nails. Never again highly dissatisfied and disappointed.Services: Men's manicures

Went in last Sunday for a full set of tips and to have my nails dipped. Three days later they were pulling away from the cuticle. Went back to get them fixed and they had an attitude and didn't fix them. Won't return again.

I was satisfied with the pedicure service but NOT so much with my manicure. I specifically asked for White tip on short-squared nails and my preference was for the white line to be thinner which I provided an image reference for and the employee still proceeded to do what ever they wanted... we even stopped in between the service to talk about my preferred option of white tip. I ended up just getting them all white.
