Honda of Denton is one of the best dealerships out there. I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, and they went out of their way to provide top-notch customer service. Ray and Breezy will take care of you and make sure you get the best car and deal possible. I was impressed by their willingness to negotiate and the fact that they offered a warranty on the used car I purchased. They even stayed late to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. This level of dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a great car-buying experience.

Honda of Denton is seriously one of the coolest dealerships I've been to. I had an awesome time there. The staff, especially Ray and Breezy, were super friendly and did everything they could to make me happy. They even haggled a bit to get me a great deal on my car, which was pretty cool. Plus, they threw in a warranty for the used car I got. These guys went the extra mile to make sure I left with a big smile. They really care about keeping their customers happy. If you're looking for a fantastic car-buying experience, you gotta check this place out!

Love my new (to me) 2022 Pilot! Drew was a dream to work with. Super patient and willing to go the extra mile to work out a great deal. I never felt pressured or rushed, which isn’t always the case with dealerships. Great communication, and helped me find the exact right vehicle at the exact right price.

Well not that happy. Needed warranty worki . Had an appointment . Was told to drop off for two days. However they can get there transmission flush right away. Went to other dealer and got everything done plus 800 extra. Was a waist of time. Not hsppy...

Amazing car buying experience!! I've been looking for a used car for several months, but it's been difficult to find a reputable dealer that will be honest about the condition of the car and the warranties and coverage available. Honda of Denton absolutely delivered! My salesperson, Josh Hayes, was awesome: he notified me as soon as the car was available and we took it on a test drive the same day. There were no surprises with the paperwork, and my finance manager Brianna answered all my questions. Would highly recommend!

I had an exceptional experience at Honda of Denton last week when purchasing my new Honda Pilot. Richard and the sales team went above and beyond to assist me. They provided a variety of options and excellent finance terms directly from Honda. The service was outstanding, and their expertise made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If I could give them a 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. I'm super disappointed in Honda of Denton. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because I'm female when I brought my car in. They told me that my car was leaking transmission fluid and when I questioned them about it I got lied too by the technician. I feel the technicians, service advisor and the manager don't care at all about the consumer but how to screw people over. Well after owning 4 Honda products with well over 300,000 miles plus. I know how to maintain a car and will question things about my vehicle. So if you are female, DON'T take your care to this place. They will try to take advantage of you!

They charge for every little thing. They are also overpriced on their parts. They are Wayover priced on their service department! Zero customer service avoid this Honda dealership. If you can there are much better dealerships out there that not only charge less but provide much better customer service they even wanted to charge me for the little tiny screws that come with a bracket and labor when other dealerships were willing to put it on for you, this dealership is the worst of the worst of the worst avoid!

Sold my car to them 5 weeks ago, still have not received a check and have to wait multiple days to hear back from my salesman. They avoid me everytime I call or reach out... typical shady business avoid at all costs, not every dealership is like this if you want smooth car buying/ selling process avoid them.

Stopped into Honda of Denton last week and Josh took great care of me. I didn’t think I would even be able to get approved for a vehicle but he went to work for me to make it all possible. Definitely recommend Honda of Denton and going to see Josh! 10/10 Great customer service!

My experience at Honda of Denton was amazing. The whole process was seamless. I felt extremely catered to and Jon Alvarado there was beyond helpful from start to finish. He stayed in quick contact and even made it fun. Hard worker through and through. I hope Honda is as impressed with him as I was. He made the visit 5 stars!!!!

This had to be the easiest and nicest car buying experience I have ever had buying an automobile! Katelyn was amazing! She asked what I wanted and she delivered! No haggling or compromising! I got what I wanted from the terms and conditions! She really did a good job of making u feel relaxed...car buying can be stressful! So if u ever need a Honda go here and ask for katelyn!

Recently traded in my vehicle and purchased a vehicle through this dealership. My recommendation is try to find another Honda dealership if you're interested in getting a Honda. Wife communicated with the dealership prior to us coming and informed them that we wanted a vehicle that was certified pre-owned. They stated it wouldn't be a problem and we came in. Throughout the whole process I asked multiple times to multiple people if the vehicle was certified, to which I was informed that it was. A few days after purchase, we were notified that we had to drop it off because it wasn't certified and needed to go through the certification process. Has to spend almost 3 hours driving to and from the dealership to drop off the vehicle. They informed me that the vehicle never should have left the lot until that process happened, wasting a ton of my time and gas. They also charged a large amount when purchasing the vehicle for a "pro package" when asked what it was for, they said it covers the cost of replacing worn/damaged parts, detailing, etc. (which all was likely deducted from the person trading their vehicles in anyways so that doesn't make a ton of sense). Upon lifting up the back seat, we discovered it was absolutely filthy. The tires were also damn near bald. The sales manager really didn't have much to say other than sorry. My time has been wasted, my money has been wasted, and I've lost any faith or trust in this business. I hope that they don't rely on getting any new contacts from me or my wife because I'll be going out of my way to inform family/friends/coworkers to look elsewhere because I'm incredibly disappointed in this location. Honda, they aren't doing your brand name justice.

My experience at Honda of Denton could have been better. I found a 2023 Honda Civic online and called to confirm it had not been sold yet. When I went in and asked about, I was told there was a mistake and the online price was "accidentally" listed cheaper than it actually was. When I asked them to honor the price they advertised online, I was told "We will just fix it in the morning". I am not sure if Honoda of Denton just posts fake numbers on their website just to get people in the door but if you see something that looks like a mistake, they won't honor it.They introduced me to a different car they had on the lot (that was 'correctly' priced). When I said I was interested and we agreed on the price, THEY CHANGED THE PRICE ON THE PAPERWORK! They increased the price of the car from what we agreed on and when I asked them why it was different they said "Well, we were just giving you an estimate." I asked to change it back to the number we previously agreed on and they wouldn't.I expressed all my concerns during the process to the Honda manager and was told I would get a phone call the next day. No one called the next day. The people there are very nice and professional but there are some serious problems that need to be addressed.
