Complete disregard for consumer Law. Threaten to kidnap me and tell my vehicle with my self in it. And then had me arrested upon arrival to their tow yard. Continued to move my vehicle onto there. POS flatbed while I was inside the vehicle. Would not let me retrieve my personal belongings as required I surrendered my keys which I did not have on me. Once law-enforcement arrived, and the employee who knew exactly the wrongful act, he was committing, also knew that the cops were too ignorant about consumer law and instead of making them leave as required due to the breach of peace sided with the employee. And also had the audacity to try to claim that I drove my vehicle off of their flatbed . My neighbor directly across my alley was out there the entire time, screaming at how they were keeping everyone awake at 3 AM and also informed the police officers the ignorance of his inaccurate, dishonest, unfounded, malicious accusation. Karma is a bitch and he, his send to be suspended license, and his company are about to find out that we can't do people dirty like that. It's a hard job, but at least follow the rules and be responsible and honest.

they stole money out of my wallet! $100 then claimed there was no money because they take pictures of everything. they want me to send proof i have a picture of the money in my wallet but who does that!!!!!!!!! nobody and they know it. nonone take a picture of money in their wallet. they are shady and crooked and have way to much faith in their crooked tow truck drivers. telling me im wrong for pointing fingers. im sorry but i am 100% right and i know my money was stolen. period. the money was recently taken from the atm and nothing was ever spent. yes my car was unlocked with keys and wallet inside thats my fault but that isnt an escuses to steal!!!!!!!!!!!! i am filing a police report! dishonest business and now they are trying to threaten me with suing me lol! for what! talking shit about your person stealing my money! shame on them!!!! they told me to be careful. no they need to be careful i hope stupid bad shit happens to them so they can be the one without. karma is a b*. shame on this company! businesses should not work with them. $100 or 5000. the tow truck drivers know just what to do to be secret and steal when it benefits them.

I broke down over the weekend and needed my car towed home, so I called Hook'd Towing. Chris the owner called me and said they can tow my car and could possibly fix the issue. I explained what my car was doing and he stated he would like to tow it to his shop and diagnose it to see if they can fix it. Jeremy took excellent care of my vehicle while towing.Not even a few hours after they had my car they diagnosed the problem and said they can get it fixed by 4pm that day. Before the end of the day I was able to drive my car back home with warranty and free adjustments.Chris is very knowledgeable and was transparent with me every step of the way. The price for my fix was fair and nicely priced definitely no where near where what i had in mind. If you need a tow or your car fixed Hook'd Autocare is your place!

Basically had the rope to hang me when I pulled into the lot. Beware of these racist crooks.if you are of any race other than white, expect to be met with racism. Brittany is the worst and Chris, the owner, is 100% backing her views. Expect to be treated poorly.Yes Chris. I didn't pay my bill because I was sick. But when I did get better and paid, you crooks are only making a process that should be easy very difficult because I'm black. Even the 2 white officers couldn't understand this treatment of my husband and i.But in the end I will have my vehicle and you will continue to get bad reviews due to your incompetence, poor customer service and thinking being white gives you the right to mistreat people.

Went outside to them trying to “repo” my car mind you I’m up to date on payments for my vehicle. I went out there to stop them and they did in fact verify that my license plate and vin number does not match the vehicle they are looking for. What were they trying to do steal my car? It was already in the process of being hooked up. They should have never been touching my vehicle, let alone hooking it up prior to verifying the information in the so called claim. Picture for proof.Edit to the owner: Sir you had the wrong vehicle. I understand that there can be errors within technology. When your guys were hooking up the car we requested they do a vin check and that’s when they realized the numbers did not match and he called you. I can assure you I have never missed a payment. He even asked for my name and it does not match the name displayed in the claim. If you are willing to accept accountability that mistakes happen instead of responding in a neglectful way I will gladly delete my negative review of your business.

I worked here for sometime but had to leave due to some issues in my personal life , was one of the best work experiences here ! Very nice and friendly family type environment , owner was always nice and understanding and just wants his employees to work hard ! If you are money motivated and hard working, this is the job for you . They care about doing things the right way and good customer service

This place is so difficult… I got into an accident and my car was essentially forced to go to their yard while I figured out my insurance… they are being difficult with the insurance saying they don’t accept checks only payment over the phone. Now I have to pay out of my pocket then get reimbursed which would be fine if they didn’t keep giving me the run around and hanging up on me… these people are unprofessional! They keep shifting around saying they can tow my car to the Lexus collision center and now they’re saying they can’t…I wish the city of Denton never called them to get my vehicle! I recommend having nothing to do with these people!
