We filed taxes with them in March, and they messed up on our filing status. We went back to get that fixed. On Tuesday we got charged a federal balance fee from the IRS AGAIN. Something we had already paid back in April. Now our bank account is overdrawn because they made a mistake and didn’t take off that fee so we wouldn’t get double charged. Now that we called, they say they can’t fix that… We have bills due and our account is negative… this would’ve never happened if they wouldn’t have made those errors. I DO NOT recommend. The lady Linda Powell that did our taxes the first time kept making mistakes too, she was too busy asking personal stuff and talking that she wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing. The one that amended our taxes kept rushing through it. If I could, I would put a 0 star.

Real horrible experience...I got rob of my $7000 I made in my W2 for 2022 and only got $300 back in tax the tax advisors ..went to a church meeting and found out that w b billy had a table filled with food and am wondering how he magically got the food when he has no job...God please send your guardians
