We arrived 15 minutes early to our appointment and were the only customers in the waiting room while one customer was being helped. We waited for 40 minutes so we left. We received no apology for the wait. We will use TurboTax.

Horrible customer service. The office staff that answers the phone has no knowledge on anything. I tried to book an appointment and was left on hold for over 30 minutes. Nothing was completed. Don't waste time with this location.

Terrible...There was only One preparer... Two customers..Myself and other person that was before me....No Greeting,No beverage offered,....You could tell that Dioni was uncomfortable speaking to me in English.....
