I recently had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch service at Huffines Kia in Corinth when I needed to have my Telluride serviced unexpectedly. What stood out the most was their ability to accommodate my needs without an appointment.I was particularly impressed with the efficiency and professionalism demonstrated by the service team, especially Austin and Luke. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was seamless. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly assessed the issues with my Telluride, and explained the necessary repairs.One of the highlights of my visit was the fact that I was able to wait comfortably while the work was being completed. The waiting area was clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant atmosphere. Had a great car-buying experience at Huffines Kia of Corinth yesterday. Andrew Avera was thorough, efficient, compassionate and extremely helpful during the sales portion, and his finance manager, Saul Lujan, conducted the best, low-key, no-pressure presentation of the ubiquitous "extended warranties" that are part of the new car buying reality. Our daughter is thrilked with her 2023 Kia Rio, and the overall professionalism, courtesy and upbeat manner of the entire staff and operation has gained Huffines car dealerships a long-term and repeat customer.

I purchased a 2024 Kia Telluride SX X-Line from Madyson Wilson at Huffines Kia Corinth. I cannot begin to describe how wonderful it was to work with her. She wasn’t pushy, she knew every feature of the car, and was super knowledgable. Huffines went above and beyond for me in order to get my business. They spoke with me via email until I was ready to visit in person. When the vehicle was in production, they kept me informed of delivery. It even arrived a week early. It’s extremely rare to find a dealership that is “different” when searching for a new vehicle these days, and that is not pushy to make a sale. I would send anyone I know to Madyson if they are in the market for a new Kia.

My wife and I are in our 70’s and have bought dozens of cars in our lifetime. We purchased a Sorento last week and it was definitely the best experience we’ve had. William, Samantha, the sales manager and the finance manager made the process a breeze and very enjoyable. All were knowledgeable, friendly and worked hard to earn our business. Dropped car off for service, due to warranty work, tried to up sell me on services, and I had almost 50 miles on my car, they tried to tell me it was to test car, 50 miles who are you trying to kid. At most 10 miles max is all that's needed, wondering who might have drove it to lunch or home, I'm done with this dealership. Buyers and those getting service be warned.

THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO BE!!!! Donovan was our sales rep & he went absolutely above and beyond with the entire process of us buying our 2024 Kia Telluride SX X-Pro!! He was so knowledgeable & knew every question we asked! After telling him exactly what we were looking for, our budget, & our situation.. he truly handled it with ease! The entire place was clean, spacious, kid friendly (our kids played in the kid room) snacks, etc! From the time we walked in at 9:30am to test driving to paperwork to financing to driving off the lot, we drove off in our beautiful SUV at 12:15pm! It was a smooth fast process all because of how quickly this location runs business! Very professional & very quick! Everyone was soooo nice! The entire experience was amazing & we couldn’t be happier to have went here! Not to mention there’s a whole coffee/ snack bar that was definitely appreciated haha! I've been looking for a certain Kia Sportage for a month and they are very hard to find in todays market. I called 30+ dealers in search of this certain Sportage and they were either sold or had customers names on them already. I kept searching and was elated to finally find a dealer that had not only one but two of the model and color I wanted. I spoke with William McGrath of Huffines Kia in Corinth (Dallas area, I live in Houston), that's how much I wanted this car. It was late in the evening and I told him I was in Houston. There was no way I would make it to Dallas obviously, so I asked if he could hold it. He said they couldn't hold it and I offered to give him my credit card number to hold it and he said he couldn't. I told him my story and said I would be up first thing in the morning to pick it up, I would book a flight and be there when they open. He said it was late and both vehicles probably wouldn't get sold in a couple hours the dealer had left to be open. I said great, send me the credit app and I'll fill it out and book my flight. I asked him the price and he said MSRP, which I was good with. I told him the payment I saw on KIA's website and I made sure to tell him what payment I wanted. He said "that won't be a problem." I told him I wanted to make sure because I'm coming a long way for this car and he again assured me it wouldn't be a problem. He told me more than once "I've been doing this for 11 years, I know what I'm doing." He said he couldn't get to the finance guy because he had 3 customers waiting and wouldn't be able to get a price before they closed. This should have been my indication to bail on this deal but he assured me we could get this deal done. I booked a flight from Houston to Dallas (one way) at 6:04am. I had to get up at 3:30am in order to get to the airport. I arrived in Dallas at 7:33am and took an Uber to the car dealership (it cost $50 to get to the dealer) and arrived at Huffines at 8am. I saw the car I wanted was still there and lucky enough the service department was open at 8am, the sales opens at 8:30am, so I had a bit of a wait. They had water and coffee and snacks available, so it was nice. The dealership is very nice, new and modern. William showed up at 8:30am and promptly got started which was great. I gave him some information and signed some forms and gave him my DD-214 for the military discount. I wanted a 2 year lease, which gave a nice discount. He gave me the keys to the car and I took it out for a drive and it was amazing. It was everything I hoped for and very nice. When I returned to the dealer, I signed some more forms and he was taking the "deal" to finance. This is where everything turned, he came back with a payment almost $200 over what we talked about. I told him this is not what we talked about and not even close to the payment we discussed and he had assured me would be "doable." At this point, I knew there would be no deal that day because how far off they were from what I told him I wanted to be at. I didn't yell or cause a scene, I just got up and started looking for another flight back to Houston. As I was looking for flights, he came back with what I assume was the finance guy and they tried to get me for a payment that was about $100 more than what I told him and for 4 years not 2. I laughed and then of course they told me how tax, title and license isn't included with the estimate. This extra $3K was the reason the payment was higher and there was nothing they could do. I said "no thanks, keep the car" and continued looking for a flight back to Houston. Then they had the nerve to try and talk me into a "lesser vehicle" like I would ever do business with these swindlers. I laughed and said no thanks, I'm going to head home and you can keep your car. At the end of the day, I kept my promise and Huffines Kia did not and it cost me a lot of money to completely waste my time. It was another $50 to Uber back to

I have had my Telluride serviced here for everything. They have done such an excellent job! They’re always on point with their time estimates of how long the work will take, and they do an awesome job of communicating as the work is getting done. Luke in their customer service department has such exceptional customer service! I know they help plenty of people on a weekly basis, and yet he always remembers who I am. I have shown up without an appointment and he’s always right there to greet me and ask me how he can help. I’ve worked on customer service my whole life and things like that: remembering names, a sense of urgency in assisting others, excellent communication….it all goes a long way! If you need a vehicle serviced, this is absolutely a great place to go!

I could not be happier with our experience purchasing a new vehicle at Huffines Kia Corinth! I have not purchased a new car in 14 years, and Donovan and his team made my experience so seamless and painless, I might be open to doing it again some day! Donovan found me exactly what I wanted, had great communication, and exhibited patience while my husband and I drove 4 1/2 hours to get there. I had found the exact same vehicle at another dealership, and it was marked up $7K more than Huffines because of its rarity. Ben and Saul with the financing department were incredibly nice and patient as well. I did not feel pressured or taken advantage of. Austin in the service department was very welcoming. The sales director, Phillip, even came out to thank us and shake our hands. FIVE STARS HANDS DOWN! Thank you Huffines for what you do! The world needs more of your kind.

My husband and I were looking to downsize from an SUV to a sedan. We took the day off before coming to Huffines Kia Corinth and spent the day at other dealerships with no luck. I continued looking and decided to test drive a Kia, as I’ve not had one in the past. I called and spoke with Andrew before I arrived at the dealership. Once I arrived, I was greeted by Andrew, who already had the car of interest pulled up and ready to look at. The process at Huffines was simple, no haggle, no games. The entire team, Andrew (Salesman), Phillip, (Sales Manager), and Ben (Finance Manager) were all fantastic to work with. I would recommend this dealership to others and wish we had started here instead!

Huffines Kia is the place to buy a car! We were looking for a basic car for my son, and the Kia Rio fit the bill. Donovan was helpful throughout the process, explaining things about the car, but never pressuring us to buy it. The test drive was fun, and before we left to think about the purchase Donovan helped us look at other alternatives from Nissan and Mitsubishi. Donovan was helpful and honest and clearly wanted us to make an informed decision.When returning to buy the car later that day, the process was painless and speedy. The quote from our previous visit was the price we paid, and no funny business was tried by anyone as we worked through the buying process with Donovan.It was truly a pleasure to buy from this dealer and Donovan in particular. He walked my son through the various features of the car, particularly pairing his phone with the entertainment system- a thoughtful touch!In a market where cars are limited and dealers can be pushy, Huffines was honest and fair. We paid a fair price and everyone at the dealership was helpful and kind. If you are in the market for a car- new or used, this is the place to go! Ask for Donovan- he will truly help you out!
