Christie was AMAZING!!!! She helped me get my fingerprinting done for my new job, and was very communicative, helpful, and attentive. SHE WAS JUST THE BEST! She brought a smile on my face that I truly needed!

The positive was that the appointment was on time. Otherwise this was an unpleasant experience. I was able to find the building in Denton. However, the office was poorly marked and I had to use a walking app to find my way in. The clerk was not friendly. I would only go back if I had no other option.
