These idiots put a boot on the car that’s been parking in the same spot for 8 years and the stupid apartment complex is talking about they don’t have their number

Towed my car from my apartment even though it was registered. I had to pay $331.11 to get my car back when it wasn’t gone for even a day. Huge inconvenience!

your boot is on the floor at walmart you can go pick it up 🪚
and wait for the invoice from my company for the damage to my trailer. I spoke to the Walmart manager this morning and he confirmed that it wasn't them who requested this...

Absolutely terrible experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff spoke to me in a rude, dismissive manner. Whenever I tried to explain the situation calmly, they interrupted me, yelling through a speaker from behind a dark, tinted window. It was incredibly frustrating to be cut off repeatedly, with the staff robotically insisting that the towing was legal—showing no human understanding.
My father, who is 60 years old and struggles with using the internet, needed my help translating. Instead of understanding our situation, we were met with hostility and aggression. This lack of basic respect was shocking. The stress from this incident affected me so severely that my blood pressure spiked, and I nearly had to go to the hospital.
It’s unacceptable for a business to treat customers this way, especially when many may not be fluent in English. People don’t come here by choice—they are already dealing with a stressful situation, often losing a day of work, only to be treated with disrespect. To make matters worse, my father is a resident of the property where the vehicle was towed, and the entire incident was the result of an error on their website. Despite this, we were charged full price.
This company should prioritize clear communication and respectful customer service, especially when their own website can lead to misunderstandings and errors on their part. I will be contacting TDLR and pursuing justice regarding this experience.

My car was towed from my apartment complex because I recently changed my temporary license plate to my permit plates after getting a new car. I explained to the agent on the phone my circumstance and how this vehicle was wrongfully towed as I am a permitted resident. She ignored everything I said and hung up In my face. Very ugly company with even worse employees. Towing companies are predatory in nature and exploitive.

Wow I’m so infuriated and frustrated. This towing company took my car from the parking spot I pay every single F month.
I will be taking legal actions toward this matter. Horrible horrible experience.

I have been living in my complex a YEAR now. They never said anything about towing. Now since it’s the holidays they all of a sudden tow. The website given doesn’t even work to register our vehicles. This company didn’t even report that they towed my car within the Texas law time frame (2hrs). My car was towed at 2am they didn’t put it in the system until after 3pm that day. I was charged over $300 to recover my vehicle . I was even able to file a police report for my vehicle being stolen. I keep calling to talk to a supervisor and they keep saying that there’s no supervisor in. So i will be getting a lawyer and filing a lawsuit. I’m a nurse money isn’t an issue for me.

These clowns towed my pickup from a parking lot in Denton that had no posted signs saying it would be towed. Verified with the manager at the business that he didn’t call to have it towed. $345 to get my pickup out of the yard they towed it to.
Scum.

The only reason I'm leaving this review is to warn don't waste your time calling about your vehicle. They lied and said they weren't a towing company, just an impound lot. I asked where my vehicle was, they said Fort Worth even though I live in Dallas.
When I told them this was the number the apartment complex had given For the towing company, she asked me to stay on hold. After 15 minutes I figured this was probably a game they play.
I'm just glad that I double checked with The police about my vehicle location. It was at the Dallas location. Just imagine if I had taken an Uber to Fort Worth! There would have been no apologies and no compensation.
Not only are they greedy, they are dishonest and mean. We can just hope that some rich lawyer who got his vehicle towed will start a class action suit...

The woman I spoke with on the phone wouldn’t provide her name, and she became very upset, even raising her voice, despite my efforts to simply understand the situation. I’m honestly surprised that they’re permitted to speak to people in such a manner. They towed my car when I live here and apartments don’t require my car to be registered. Seems very sketchy….

The people are so disrespectful. I don't know why I can't even finish a sentence or be able to say what I need to. I will be calling management to see if they will deal with the problem. Both the man and the woman I talked to were so disrespectful. I do my job every single day too. But I don’t treat people like trash just because I’m used to dealing with my job and what I do. I was not mean I was very lighthearted on the phone, and I just wanted to know about my car. Cutting me off and treating me like “OK bye” every time I say something is not OK. The fact I was nothing but good and nice to those people and they treated me like that just shows that people will hire anyone. I'm already having a hard time. Then I find out that my car gets towed. You don’t want to be met with some disrespectful, rude person on the phone during a time like this. And this job people are dealing with a sensitive topic which is people's cars being towed. Nobody’s happy about that at all. I think that someone should really have a discussion with them about their job and what they should be when somebody calls. Especially when I again, was nothing but good to these people and nice to them on the phone. Their attitude and disrespect were not called for whatsoever and when I asked for a name. They are “not required to give it to me” People love to say that when they know that they’re wrong and they know they’re disrespectful. I’ve never had a good experience on a phone and asked somebody for their name and they told me they didn’t want to give it to me. So the fact that these people know that they’re wrong and if they know that they’re gonna get away with it makes it seem like management is letting anybody do anything. And I don’t know if that’s true or not, I’m gonna figure it out, but as of right now, this is a zero star. Because that was so rude.

It is just a very unfortunate that this is the company we have been stuck with. The ladies on the phone are extremely rude because they don’t pay attention to you on the phone. They’re too busy having side conversations and talking bad about you on the side and on
top of that when you call the company to get someone towed because they’re parked where they’re not supposed to, they don’t want to do their part and help us. furthermore, I just got towed this morning even though I was in the parking for a couple of minutes max because my car had broken down and I had to use someone else’s car. There are days they don’t even show up at all so I just find it funny they pick and choose who They want to and when they want to show up to service it’s very unfortunate that we cannot get any type of help whatsoever. Now I have to pay about $500 even though I am a resident at the apartments.

I would have given negative if i could. The lady on the phone is very rude.My car was towed from my own complex Villages3eighty right in front of my apt. I was in the verge of moving my apt so i parked my car infront with the hazard light on and just went upstairs to grab my keys and as soon as i went upstairs i heard the car being towed so ran out to call out the driver. But they just left. I called to the company explaining the situation but the lady on the phone was so rude not willing to listen and to help at all instead she was rude and loud and she hung up the call. I asked if you are not willing to help could you please transfer it to someone else she just hung it upon me. And she did it twice. She even threatened me without listening that if i am not willing to get the phone number or address i am going to hang up the call on you. Then i had to pay an outrageous amount to get my car back.

Integrity Parking Solutions? What a joke. These thieves towed my car from my own apartment complex without any warning. My car was registered with the apartment, but apparently, their 'system' didn't have it. When I called to find out what happened, they were completely unapologetic and unhelpful. Had to pay an outrageous fee to get my own car back. The whole experience was infuriating and felt like a scam. Avoid this company at all costs - they clearly don't care about residents or fairness, just making a quick buck.
