Opening nearly 30 minutes after the posted time online? I would understand 5 or 10 minutes, but nearly 30? How do you expect customers to come shop if you can’t even meet the expectations you set for yourself. Employees have no customer service training. No greeting, no “can I help you,” nothing. I’ve worked customer service and retail for 5 years and I can say this is the bear minimum you can do. I asked the employee to look for a specific size and he said “well I know that size isn’t available because I worked yesterday and we sold a lot of those shoes.” Okay, all I asked was for you to please go check them. I even specified that I was asking because at 11 pm last night, the website said there was a size available at this location. This picture was taken at 10:27, but really they didn’t open until 10:38 am. I called the store multiple times to ask if the times online were accurate, they didn’t pick up the phone.

The app is the only way to order anything, and then you may find yourself waiting for a drink that you’ve already ordered. But the place is designed right and good times are guaranteed.

I searched EVERYWHERE for Ugg Tasman Slippers since my son wants them for christmas! Unfortunately, they were sold out, but the guy at the front desk helped me make an order for them to be delivered to the house. He was so helpful, nice, and quick, but it got done.

Tried to exchange a pair of shoes for a different size and they claimed we should pay $10 extra. The original purchase had a $10 coupon applied, but they refused to apply the same when exchanging it. All 4 employees argued that it was the store policy to handle it that way. I shouldn't have to pay extra for exchanging a pair of shoes that cost the same, but are just a different size.

I went in just to look because I didn't think I would be able to afford some shoes that I needed pre surgery...I found the perfect shoes that will also work post op. The salesperson was great and everyone's attitude was very positive and uplifting. I even went and looked at other places and came back to Journeys...1st time shopping with them, definitely won't be my last!

Every time I walked around the mall this morning. No employee was in the front where I could see. I walked in the last time I walked the mall, and there was still no one. I even hollard and asked for help, hoping someone would hear me and come back to the front, and no one responded and no one still was seen. I understand if someone is busy in the stockroom, but if check out periodically to see if there are any customers out there.
