This review is solely in response to the online order pick up department. They need to be redistributed to other areas of the store and this department remade. The last time I had a pick up order they were running so far behind that I waited over an hour with kids in the car to be told they had no idea when the order would be ready and ultimately cancelled it for it to be a waste of not only that time, but the time I had to spend actually getting the groceries we needed elsewhere. Today for a 7:30a-8a pick up I was told at 7:52a upon walking up to my car that not all of the order was fulfilled. I should have received a notification from the app no less than 10 minutes prior to the earlier side of the pick up time. Had I received this I would have cancelled the entire order because I only added the other items to reach the required pick up minimum. so waste of time and money this time. Trying to give feedback or get any resolve is useless as the app isn't set up properly for feedback. Contacts go to a national location that doesn't care about store-level issues and ultimately does nothing. Truly despise going to this location.

Management at this store is deplorable. We set up a pick-up order. Got a text saying it was ready. When we arrived, all the pick-up spots were full. No signs of an employee. Spent an hour waiting. During that hour of waiting called the store multiple times and finally got the manager Mark on the phone who said that they called everyone to let them know that there would be no pick-ups tonight. I told him clearly that didn't happen as so many were there waiting and that I did not receive a call. None of the people waiting did. The one person working pick-ups who did come outside didn't say anything to all the people waiting either. This is a Management failure. I am currently on the phone with corporate because the store claimed they canceled my order when I called to see if I could pick it up today but the charge is on my credit card and Kroger customer service is having to call the store directly while keeping me on hold to have them correct this. The customer service rep just came back on the line after speaking with the store to tell me that they have not canceled my order and asked if I still wanted it. The store literally told me that the order was canceled and if I saw a pending charge to call customer service to have it addressed. Do not give this store your money. They do not value their customers' time at all.

After shopping for items I went to the check out area I got in line. The lady in front of me said I might want to move to another line because the lady in front of her which had all of her groceries in bags was taking them out because the checker had to recheck them. I moved to another line and when I got up there to get my groceries checked she told me that her line was closed and had already put groceries on the counter. I moved back to the original line and noticed that checker was checking out someone after she told me her line was closed. I asked her about it and she said she was mistaken on her time so she started checking out other people So I turned back around to the line that I was in and put my groceries on top of the counter to be checked and when I got up there for her to start ringing up my groceries she said there was something wrong with the ticker on her register. I said you're telling me that I have to now take all of my groceries off of the counter put them back in my cart and find another checker. And she said yes. I said I'm not doing it and I left there and all the groceries I had shopped for. Folks this is not customer service!

Fred from the deli was amazing! There was nobody working in the bakery but he came to help me get cakes out!

Minimum checkout time is 15 minutes. Two sections of self checkouts available, only one with 6 spots open. Usually 1 or 2 checkout lanes open. No front end managers in sight. Consistently bad customer service.

Shut THIS STORE DOWN! They are zeros all across the board. Never stocked. Customer service, ummm, what's that again? Teenagers with nose rings who pretend to be deaf. Its an absolute joke. Go to Albertsons. Don't t upset yourself with the BS of Kroger. HEB is coming and for good reason. Bye bye Kroger you SUCK.

2nd review, for the 4th week in a row my pickup order was not ready when it was supposed to be. The worst part is they don't even call to tell you it's not ready! After driving up there and checking in I waited 20 mins. for an employee to finally come out and tell me it wasn't ready. When asked when it would be ready the employee replied ' I don't know' after coming home and calling their office to speak to the store manager Ryan, I waited 10 mins for him to finally come to the phone. His reply to why my order wasn't ready again for the 4th time was 'I don't know' I'm done with this piece of shit of a grocery store!

If you want to use contactless payment DO NOT COME HERE it clearly states that they have Apple Pay and they DONT Kroger get it the fuck together it is 2022 it's not 2000 anything get your shot to be more modern if not then DONT GIVE FLASE INFORMATION OUT wastes my damn time and my damn Lunch break coming here

June 24, 2022 we purchased 4 items at Kroger on Teasley Lane in Denton. When we got home we realized that 3 of the cold refrigerated items expired June 6, 2022!!! That's almost 3 weeks ago! I called the store and the only thing they could do was request us to bring in our receipt, in-person, and get a refund. We cannot text or e-mail the receipt, we have to go back to this store. The inconvenience this Kroger store causes a person is extremely great. They charged us for expired food and then make it difficult to remedy the situation. What kind of management over see's a grocery store that has items expired by almost 3 whole weeks?! This is nuts.

Worst Kroger I've ever encountered. The store is consistently dirty. Be careful where you step, because it may stick to your shoes for the rest of the day! Very few of the staff who work here act like they want to have anything to do with customers. They won't look at you or greet you. Shoppers must initiate any kind of contact if they want to be helped by an employer. Deli staff is the worst! Half the self-check registers are closed and no regular registers are open. The line wraps across the store. Pros: - Hmmm... they're not out of everything Cons: - Dirty - Zero customer service - My shoes are still sticking to the floor Bottom line: - Find another store; I'll try the Kroger in Bartonville!

Love coming to this Kroger very clean and very friendly.The only problem is that there is never has Cherry coke zero.They are very good on other items,plus they always have great deals going on.

Kroger used to be so good. But times have changed. Their Click it list is the worst. It's common to be charged for an item but not get it . Also, why do they give us a bag of sweet potato's that are going bad? Do they not check their produce? Their ads say they're constantly checking their produce. I kinda doubt that. What if you want to sanitize your cart. Most of the time they're completely out of something to sanitize. Have you ever tried buying from the fish counter and realize it smells bad. They don't throw it out. They put it back in the case.
