The pharmacists and staff here are amazing. The amount of times I've been given a coupon I didn't realize existed has saved me literally thousands of dollars. They're quick to fill scripts, and they look out for you in a medical system that absolutely does not.

I went to drop off my prescription. Only to be assisted by Suzanne. She was very stuck up and didn’t want to do the extra work. Was about to send me to CVS Pharmacy. I understand you guys are busy but for someone dealing with COVID since last Thursday doesn’t give me special privileges. Especially if a medication costs $1500.. But try to go above and beyond to help your customers. After a couple of minutes of taking to my insurance we got it figured out. She informed me my insurance card was out dated because it didn’t have the correct information but I believe it did. After 5 more minutes of waiting and buying items I needed to get better. I got my prescription. I used to not have an issue with Kroger Pharmacy and went there for years. I feel there’s been a shift of customer service and hospitality. Just try to be there for your customers you don’t know what they are going through. A little kindness never hurts anyone.

I contacted Andrew, the pharmacist, about a issue with medication. He was extremely rude, unprofessional. I was trying to have a conversation and all he would give is attitude. I call their corporate office and the lady who I spoke with acted like I was a bother and could careless. She said she would exculate to the district manager. I have never receive a response from anyone at Kroger. I will never have any medication filled or refilled at this Kroger again. Very rude and unprofessional.

I like the Kroger pharmacy on University Drive in Denton. My cat is diabetic and this pharmacy has the best price over all the other pharmacies in town. It’s very easy to phone the pharmacy and they’ve always picked up right away, never had to wait. The staff is very courteous over the phone and in store they have been friendly and attentive. The entire process of requesting refills from beginning to end is easy. I really like the head pharmacist as he personally assisted with my cat going on insulin a year ago and he showed me how to gently overturn the bottle and gently roll it between my hands. His instructions were given easily and not in a hurry. This all helped since I was new to cat diabetes and the whole process. I highly rate this pharmacy. It’s clean, organized and I’ve never had to wait very long in line and their notifications are simple and quick. They also make sure I have the lowest possible price with any possible coupons. Kroger pharmacy is also my back up pharmacy when I need refills and my other personal pharmacy is out of stock. They’ve always had what I need or , if needed to order, they were days earlier than any other pharmacy.

I had an exceptional experience at Kroger pharmacy (this location) when I called to inquire about getting the Tdap vaccine during my pregnancy. The staff was incredibly friendly and informative, guiding me through all processes with ease. (Actually, you can just walk-in, no need to make any appointments.)They ensured I was aware of the safest time to get vaccinated, between 27-36 weeks, which I greatly appreciated.The person who administered the vaccine was exceptionally skilled at keeping me calm throughout the procedure, making the experience much less daunting than I anticipated.The service was not only fast but also very welcoming. I'm thoroughly impressed and would confidently say this is the best pharmacy in the area.Five stars all the way!

The Pharmacy in this Kroger location is a joke. There's always long lines and wait times. The employees are rude and uninformed. I know they must be extremely short staffed and I understand that affects both the employees and customers alike. However, they close in the middle of the day with now estimated return time just a sign that says "come back later." I went to the second lane in the drive thru because of the line at the window and I didn't have a lot of time to spare so I figured going to the open lane would have been much faster. After buzzing in twice with no response and everyone at the window had already gone through, an employee shouted "Lane 2 is NOT open!" It was very unprofessional. I've also received several text notifications to pick up my prescription when in fact it was not ready at all and the pharmacists had no explanation. So I've wasted trips waiting in line just to be told the message was sent in error. If my RX wasn't so much cheaper there, I wouldn't bother.

Extremely rude on the phone when I just asked for a simple question… very disappointing considering I am a very nice and respectful person and I hate to not get that back from someone I am giving business too. :(

Horrible! Store mgr, Alan, started yelling at me (woman in early 70's) that he did not have time to continually clean the ladies restroom cause of the homeless people in his area. There was paper all over the floor, overflowing garbage cans, sonic food wrapper on the sink and one sink was inoperable. I tried to explain that the restroom is filthy any time of every day that I have had to use it. I tried to be respectful and explain that women tend to gauge the cleanliness of a facility based on the condition of the restroom. I have never been so insulted and degraded as a customer. I will NEVER buy even one more thing in that store and will start making changes to my prescriptions. I am NOT an important customer, and neither are any of us. Shameful! Insulting! Disrespectful!

Filthy store, filthy, restrooms, rude management. Would highly recommend you avoid this store. Everyone says it is nicknamed, "murder Kroger" and "rat Kroger" due to the rat infestation they have had several times
