What is the point of having a specialty cheese counter with an employee if they refuse to grate the very expensive cheese I am willing to buy. Then they walk you over to the pre grated cheese to offer you something that isn’t close to the same. Horrible customer service. Place is always impossible to maneuver around bc there are things in every aisle and sticking out of every end cap. Will not be back.

I have updated my review from 1 star to 4. The new carts are a big plus, and I haven't been approached by panhandlers at all anymore. The store isn't staffed like it used to be, but the staff that is there are helpful and do the best they can.

I can see some of the employees trying hard like the floral department and meats but generally.... Meh. We've just switched to Albertsons because the people, the parking lot, and the vibe at night are SUS. Just doesn't feel safe. Don't they call it murder Kroger or something?

I love Kroger and used to frequent this location due to convenience but I will not be returning. They have a BIG problem with CRACKHEADS and homeless out front. They loiter around the entrance and exit as well as inside. I’ve been yelled at, panhandled, and seen them fight. It’s not safe to be around tweakers and crackheads. It’s a really bad look for the store and is unsanitary.
This location not only ruined Kroger for me but now I’m going down to Walmart because it’s safer and cleaner there. That says a lot. At least Walmart can call the police and run off the crackheads out front.

Seems they purposely give you rotten or otherwise inedible produce they couldnt otherwise sell. Disgusting order, never coming back to this store. Worst kroger experience ever.

Not sure what's going on lately, but customer service has really gone downhill at this location. They close the both entry doors by 7pm and force everyone to go through the exit doors which leaves little space to get in/out. Forget about even having a convenient place to get a shopping cart. On top of that they have employees standing at the doors that clearly hate their job and or hate themselves for having their job. These door people have zero social skills and stare you down like a criminal when checking out. I've also had issues with prices. Products not being placed in their correct spot and finding out at checkout that the product I'm buying is not the price I thought it was. When speaking with associates that clearly don't care about your inquiry.

The hand dryer doesn’t work in the restroom and there isn’t much water pressure to wash your hands with.

Extremely disappointed. I put in a small order for clicklist and on my order two of my items were diapers. Well when I got there they told me they didn't have the diapers but I wasn't notified prior to. The whole reason why I placed the order was to get diapers. They told me that they did not substitute and I asked why and he said he did not know. I worked for ClickList for over 3 years as a clicklist supervisor. We always substitute unless the customer specifically says not to and I know that I put on their substitutions allowed so I am very disappointed that the process did not work how it is advertised to work. Next time substitute with the best item that you possibly can even if you don't have it in the same size or the same brand get a different brand in the same size. It should be common sense but obviously not anymore. Once again extremely dissatisfied we'll probably not order from here again, as other Krogers actually substitute and this one does not. This is definitely not the first time that they'd neglected to substitute something for me and didn't tell me until I was there to pick up. This puts a damper on my entire afternoon now I have to go to a complete other store prior to going to school to give diapers to the daycare that needed them so badly. This was a waste of my time

Terrible prices. Things placed in spots showing lower prices than the register says. This store is filthy. We need an HEB.

We really like pick-up at Kroger! Just make sure you put notes in the app.

I bought some pre-cut fruits tray which contained watermellon, cantelope, pineapple, and blue berries. Took immediately to a church social event which was just 5 minutes away. The outside temperature was about 50 degrees F. To my embarrassment, after people had already taken some from the tray, I tried one piece of watermellon, and one piece of cantelope and realized that Kroger had sold me fermented fruit. I immediately removed it from the social event table because I didn't want people to get sick. After the social event was over, I went straight to Kroger and asked to talk to the manager. It was 12 noon, March 10. I told the manager what had happened. She asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund. I took the refund. She never apologized for my embarrassment or my inconvenience of having to return the fermented fruit. Then I asked her on what date was the fruit packaged? She looked at the bottom and said it expired on March 7. I said that was 3 days ago. And that it was probably packaged a day or two before that or maybe even longer. She showed no shock, or embarrassment over the realization that they had sold me fermented fruit that was 3 days past expiration date. I asked her what happened and if this was a rare oversight on their part. She said she did not know because she doesn't work in the produce department. This manager seems to care less about customer satisfaction. I request that someone higher up have a talk to her because this is not how a manager should be. Talk to the manager who was working at the refund desk at 12 noon on March 10, 2024. I am a high paying customer buying expensive organic items there. I would like to continue to be a customer there but not until someone addresses this problem. Thanks
