I like to go to seal the lotto, the flowers and I like to shop there, but now I hardly go, there is a lot of RACISM here, many workers hate that some Latino buys there, but sometimes we have to go, I changed pharmacies also not here....

The Customer service here is RACIST AS HELL. WHILE I WAS DRIVING THE CART onwards of the produce associates at 7:16am on a friday Dec 8 walked past super fast and I accidentally hit her hand with my cart. This associate had the audacity to say “ahh oh my God you need to just go”I said im so sorry I did not see you walking by as I was backing upShe said “well you need to watch were your going or you need to just go”That was extremely rude as I did not intentionally hit her hand and I apologized because I didn’t see her walking by so fast.

What this place has going for it is the delivery service, the 'make your own 6-packs', and the unique food items (such as their sushi, the 'Bakery Fresh' goods, and the 'Private Selection' sauces). For $60 a year, you can get free delivery on orders over $35. And since Kroger doesn't allow tipping, you're saving even more money. Should be a no-brainer. Unfortunately, plenty can and does tend to go wrong. Coupons sometimes don't get applied. They'll short your order to under $35, then stick you with a delivery fee. Orders run late. You end up with other people's items. The substitutions can be way out of left field. And if you try visiting the store, you'll find yourself in a horrible parking lot, and sitting in lines for self-serve once you've grabbed what their pickers couldn't find, or what the store carries but doesn't make available to shoppers. To a degree, this is overstating the negative; considering that I'd say things go right about 75% of the time. And dealing with refunds is usually a breeze on their site. But the consistency of slightly negative outcomes really begins leaving a bad taste in your mouth over time. As an example, we had the delivery service for about 6 months before realizing we could get Kroger (not Instacart) to deliver our groceries if we simply ordered a day or so in advance. As much as I like some of what Kroger brings to the table, their infrastructure is a mish-mash of good and bad. And there doesn't seem to be enough oversight to ensure that customers are treated to a high degree of fulfillment from their shopping experiences.

As you can see from most all of my reviews, I very rarely put a bad review up. I had ordered flowers from the floral department for my friend who had to put her dog down. I had two delivery drivers cancel from Uber eats. The second one was nice enough to inform me that nobody was in the floral department and they didn’t turn the computer off. I said thank you for letting me know. I called the store and asked for a manager. Jacob, which informed me that he was a. “supervisor” was of no help at all. He sounded like he was pretty bad at helping customers. So he gets the store.”Manager” Sammy (Female). She was even less help telling me that it’s common practice for the Uber delivery to just come in and pick up the flowers from the fridge. I said this sounds strange as I’ve driven for Uber before. I confirmed this with the third Uber driver that this was a strange practice. Needless to say, Sammy was not help at all, and actually was very short, and had a tone in her voice like I was a bother. I guess this is how this establishment treats customers. I’ve been in Customer Service for many years and I understand that it is very lacking these days. Jacob and Sammy definitely follow suit with this trend.Update: my third Uber delivery driver Matthew went above and beyond. He got help from one of the employees. The employee even said that Sammy the store manager was not a nice person. I called back and spoke to Sammy again I let her know that her employee was a big help with the Uber delivery driver. I said, maybe you need to take a little bit of advice from your employees. She screamed and said fine I’m just going to get another job. Before I could say, that’s probably a smart idea. She just hung up on me. Lol

The Pharmacy in this Kroger location is a joke. There's always long lines and wait times. The employees are rude and uninformed. I know they must be extremely short staffed and I understand that affects both the employees and customers alike. However, they close in the middle of the day with now estimated return time just a sign that says "come back later." I went to the second lane in the drive thru because of the line at the window and I didn't have a lot of time to spare so I figured going to the open lane would have been much faster. After buzzing in twice with no response and everyone at the window had already gone through, an employee shouted "Lane 2 is NOT open!" It was very unprofessional. I've also received several text notifications to pick up my prescription when in fact it was not ready at all and the pharmacists had no explanation. So I've wasted trips waiting in line just to be told the message was sent in error. If my RX wasn't so much cheaper there, I wouldn't bother.

A store that consistently dissapoints. Just stopped in to get kosher salt and they had none. Such a basic item to keep in stock. Not like it could go bad.

Terrible store design, layout. No baggers ever. Checker decides to check out the next person and rush me while I’m bagging my own items and starts squishing my chips and fruit and other items while she is scanning the next person

The customer service Manager called a customer the N word in front of me, Then he started screaming at my father who was next in line. Very unprofessional here. Walmart would never let such disrespectful employees be managers. The associate working confirmed he was just in bad mood. It was an overweight Hispanic man who was the manager being disrespectful. We ended up just leaving without making a purchase, nobody should be so disrespectful to customers in FRONT of more customers, regardless of whatever the guy in front of us was trying to refund. I suppose I understand why this location has such bad reviews, when you hire these kinds of employees, and if that was In front of us, I can't imagine what was said when we left

Although the store wasn’t busy at all this morning there were no baskets anywhere. Even getting in the door proved difficult as a Kroger employee decided that was the best place to assemble a cart making no effort to move. This isn’t the first time the employees have put their carts directly in front of the doorways or isles undeterred that people need to get by. The music was unbearably loud and the store was freezing cold. We ended up leaving and getting what we needed at Target were the store was clean, quiet & there were plenty of baskets and friendly employees. The prices at Target ended up being better as well. Not going back to this Kroger even though it’s only a few miles from my house.
