So, we ordered things two days before my birthday, the order was canceled for god knows what reason, then we call corporate to inquire about when we were going to get a refund, We were given the run around, we were told on Wednesday it should be there Friday, then on Friday we called back and were told it should be back in our account Tuesday, we called Tuesday, and now we are being told they have no recollection of any charge being made and to dispute it with our bank... Honestly I want to scream bc what the heck! We wanted our things THEY canceled, not us! Then to give his the run around about refunding our money is beyond crazy this corporation is ridiculous!

This review is solely in response to the online order pick up department. They need to be redistributed to other areas of the store and this department remade. The last time I had a pick up order they were running so far behind that I waited over an hour with kids in the car to be told they had no idea when the order would be ready and ultimately cancelled it for it to be a waste of not only that time, but the time I had to spend actually getting the groceries we needed elsewhere. Today for a 7:30a-8a pick up I was told at 7:52a upon walking up to my car that not all of the order was fulfilled. I should have received a notification from the app no less than 10 minutes prior to the earlier side of the pick up time. Had I received this I would have cancelled the entire order because I only added the other items to reach the required pick up minimum. so waste of time and money this time. Trying to give feedback or get any resolve is useless as the app isn’t set up properly for feedback. Contacts go to a national location that doesn’t care about store-level issues and ultimately does nothing. Truly despise going to this location.

This was the first time I had bad experience in this Starbucks. I asked for Frozen Mango dragonfruit. First of all, is not even frozen. She didn’t mix properly. I asked her can add more ice. She didn’t want to add more ice. Horrible experience

Manager “Marie” decided to close early with out advertising or posting new years hours. And on top sticking their “bouncer” in front being unprofessional with people trying to get last minute items. I get yall want to go home but last I checked it’s a business that needs people to spend money.10/10 would not recommend.

There really needs to be more open registers late at night. They understaff and there is usually lines of 10-15 people with full shopping carts in self checkout because of this. Every time I ask a team member a question about a location of something, they never know. They didn't even know where the baskets were one time lol

I have been shopping at the location for 10 years and only God knows how much money I have spent there. I’ve never had a problem until today. There’s new management and the store is starting to stink.I foster animals through a rescue group in FW and they give me food in return for saving a life. I rescued a beautiful dog on death row, a day away from execution. I’ve also given the rescue food and supplies in return. The rescue group gave me a Fancy Feast cat food variety that my foster won’t eat. They are all the way over in south FW. I took the unopened box of food to Kroger to swap it out for another Fancy Feast, same size box, different variety. I told the customer service kid the truth and he told me no! I should’ve lied and said I bought it and lost the receipt. We went back and forth and he didn’t want to call the store manager. I told him I wasn’t leaving. The manager walked up and he said “ok, we’ll do it for you THIS time”, like he was doing ME a favor! ? Whatever happened to customer “service”? I’ve been loyal to that store for 10 years. Really, what IS this world coming to? This is disheartening to me.

This is busy store. And when I need some produce the shelves are usually empty. But the produce product peaches suck. They’re not good no flavor at all. My horse even spit them back out. I have gone Albertsons and their peach literally melt in your mouth.

Management at this store is deplorable. We set up a pick-up order. Got a text saying it was ready. When we arrived, all the pick-up spots were full. No signs of an employee. Spent an hour waiting. During that hour of waiting called the store multiple times and finally got the manager Mark on the phone who said that they called everyone to let them know that there would be no pick-ups tonight. I told him clearly that didn't happen as so many were there waiting and I did not receive a call. None of the people waiting did. The one person working pick ups didn't say anything to all the people waiting either. This is a Management failure. I will be contacting corporate. This store has been going downhill for more than a year.

I am currently on the phone with corporate because the store claimed they canceled my order when I called to see if I could pick it up today but the charge is on my credit card and Kroger customer service is having to call the store directly while keeping me on hold to have them correct this. The customer service rep just came back on the line after speaking with the store to tell me that they have not canceled my order and asked if I still wanted it. The store literally told me that the order was canceled and if I saw a pending charge to call customer service to have it addressed. Do not give this store your money. They do not value their customers' time at all.

Do not order pick up at this location. I place my orders days in advance and for the past 4 months I’ve gotten a call the day of (usually an hour before my selected time) that it won’t be ready and they don’t know when it will be ready. A couple of times they sent a text that it was ready at 9:30 PM when they stop doing pick up at 10. The first 10 times I let it slide because I understand being short staffed but my last order was the last straw for me. I didn’t get a call, I showed up at my pick up time, and after waiting 45 minutes they sent the Starbucks barista to tell everyone waiting that their pick up orders would not be ready today. I went to get my groceries the next day and they gave me milk with an already passed expiration date, mushy fruit, and frozen chicken nuggets that had turned brown inside instead of the normal white meat. Don’t bother trying to talk to customer service. I have always been civil and understanding of human error while trying to explain my experience to customer service but 9 times out of 10, they hang up on me or are immediately rude and defensive. At this point I don’t feel it’s a staffing issue. I believe it’s a management issue due to the fact this has been ongoing for at least 4 months. They do not care. As a mom with a busy schedule and small kids, I used to love that they offered this service. I hope Kroger corporate cleans up the management at this location soon.

I rarely leave bad reviews but here it is:I’m over Kroger on Teasley. Every few pick up orders I’ll have a missing item & usually nbd. I get over it, claim the “missing item” in my app & move on with my life. Then it started getting pretty consistent. This morning half my order was missing when I got home. I go up there & then they tell me I can just go grab the missing items (that was it. No “oh wow I’m sorry about that. Let’s figure out why that happened.”). Ok…1. That’s terrible customer service. 2. What if I wasn’t able bodied to go grab items? 3. I’m curious what’s their solution to this problem. I use pick-up because it helps me get my items I need in a very busy schedule. My opinion is- if you’re going to offer a service, please do it correctly.

I'd give this store 0 stars if I could. Twice in one week Click list has been bumped to the next day more than once (nevermind the fact it was placed first thing in the morning). The manager "Wyatt" hung up on me. I never yelled or cussed, but just asked his name. He didn't give it to me, so my husband went up there and found out his name. We will be calling corporate tomorrow.
