Oil change completed. Attempted upsells as expected. I came in with no washer fluid which was just a happenstance. Noted on invoice that fluid was added when it was not. Seems like a trivial thing to not actually do. If you can’t trust they’ll add washer fluid…why would I trust them to do anything else? Each Denton’s location is different in terms of full service. The one near the social security office is not the best.
