On November 17, 2025, I came in because my check engine light kept turning on and off. After being told that replacing the mass airflow sensor and the oxygen sensor would resolve the issue, I spent an entire day waiting—only to pay a substantial amount of money and get back on Loop 288 with every light on my dashboard lit up.
When I returned, they removed the oxygen sensor they had just installed because, apparently, that was what caused my car to malfunction. In other words, they were guessing from the start. Despite that, they had no problem charging me for a part that clearly did not fix my issue.
After wasting two full days at this shop with zero resolution, my check-engine light is still on, and now I’m being told the problem is the fuel pump. It is unacceptable that I was charged for unnecessary work while the actual problem remains unaddressed.
To make matters worse, when I returned on the 18th to express my frustration, the manager behaved extremely unprofessionally, taking my keys and walking off without a word. I am almost sure he insulted me, based on the staff's reaction.
This entire experience was unprofessional, careless, and dismissive. I strongly advise anyone considering this location to take their vehicle anywhere else. I should never have been charged for guesswork.
