I have not even been there yet, but am concerned after what I have read. My question is this why do they even bother making appointments? those of us who are doing fasting labs need to get in early in the morning. The doctors are in a hurry for the results, but this place does not make it easy to get the test done.

I walked out of this place before they could touch my daughter. They were unwelcoming and rude. Just the most miserable acting women I've ever encountered and I sure as heck would never trust them with me or my children.

I honestly don't know why I'm bothering because these people obviously couldn't care less about me. I called five times on my way here with no answer and left a message (no return call BTW) because I was concerned that they might lock their door early because I had heard that they do this and of course when I got here at 4:24 the door was locked. The sign on the door stated that they close at 4:30 I guess that means they leave the building at 4:30 to go home. I practically begged them when they opened the door at 4:29 to please do my blood work because I had driven an hour to get there and could not have arrive any sooner if my life had depended on it and I had to have it done today in order to get my doctor to fill my scripts tomorrow And was completely ignored by one tech like I wasn't even standing there. She wouldn't even make eye contact with me and the other tech (the one with shoulder length blonde hair just called me a liar and was very rude and told me they didn't lock the doors until 429 because they had to go by the time on their company computers and not the world computer which the iPhone is connected to and by the way the patient sign in portal is also the same time as my IPhone because I could see it from the window seems odd that their company computers are on a different time frame than their patient sign in computer. I asked her nicely to talk to me and she huffed at me, rolled her eyes and continued on to her car. WOW! Do you really need to be working in an industry where you interact with patients? Anyway... I hope everyone has a better evening than I'm having!

About as horrific as a blood draw experience can get. I have a vasovagal response to blood draws and faint easily, so I tend to get fairly anxious about blood draw appointments. I drink as much water as I can, bring my own ice pack, and always ask to lie down to try and make it easier. The bedside manner of the phlebotomist I encountered today was extremely poor and only heightened my anxiety to the point of having a panic attack while she was sticking me. She was extremely patronizing and said “that’s probably why you pass out, you’re holding your breath.” Note: I have never had a full blown panic attack during a blood draw appointment before. But encountering three rude staff while already being very anxious/uncomfortable with blood draw just made me feel even worse. There was zero encouragement, zero compassion, zero understanding. And now I will feel even more fearful of future blood draw appointments. It’s not that hard to be kind to patients who clearly are struggling and doing the best they can. I am floored at the lack of empathy. I’ll never go here again.

I came in without an appointment for a blood draw, everyone I saw, heard, and interacted with were pleasant and professional. The needle stick was quick and painless, she was excellent at the task. I have no qualms about being sent there in the future.

I went in for blood work ordered by my provider but, I guess I have to get the results to my provider myself!! They sent me an automated text 3 days ago saying my results were in and STILL my provider has received NOTHING!!! If you are as desperate to get your results as I am, I suggest staying on top of them every day and expect gross incompetence as well as NO WAY to speak with an actual human being when you call. I don't understand why my results were not automatically sent to the ordering provider at the same time I received the automated text. MY BAD for thinking that was a reasonable expectation.

Very efficient and friendly, and have accommodated our needs whenever we have dealt with them.

First I want to say I do NOT like needles (I know, most people don’t). I have a fear and get anxiety. Very few people have been great at drawing blood on me. I have to say today was a great experience.I didn’t wait long at all, no appointment just a walk-in. Front desk lady was very nice. David, phlebotomist, was funny and set me at ease. He took his time; he was compassionate also. I did not feel the poke AT ALL.

Arrived at 810am as a walk in since I tried for an appointment and there were none for the next week. Waited an hour and a half to get blood drawn. Obviously this office is overwhelmed since at one point there were 23 people waiting and only 19 chairs. Labcorp please either acquire staff more staff or open another office.

I went in to get some blood work done on a Friday without an appointment. The lady at the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful. I didn't have to wait long at all. I checked in and was taken directly to get my blood drawn. I am quite scared of needles. But, the man that took my blood was fantastic. I wish I got his name. He knew I was nervous and talked with me the whole time my blood was being drawn and before I knew it, it was done. Could barely feel a thing. The whole experience was really nice since I usually feel uneasy/anxious in medical facilities.

Didn’t have an appt at this location nor did I wait at this location as a walk in. Made my appt at Lewisville location and then went to Ft Worth Location to try and receive service sooner as a walk in. After waiting in ftw for over 50 minutes, I left to make my appt I had already established in Lewisville. Even though I live in Denton, I’ve always been used to this location being a bit busier than any of the others, and having bad reviews, so I don’t even attempt. After making it to Lewisville for my appt, 3 minutes after checking in they come out and say they are closed because of a plumbing issue. I call their corporate number and speak to a Tommy who hears me out, apologizes for the inconvenience, and provides instruction on what to do next to get this handled. Sends me to this Denton location, ladies there were already made aware of my situation to which they also apologized for (even though it wasn’t any fault of their location) then proceed to quickly collect the labs that had been ordered and get me right back to my day. Even though there were people there before me waiting, they didn’t mishandle me, nor appear to frustrate any of the other waiting guests by tending to my needs so quickly and out of scheduling order. I sincerely appreciate Tommy, Ceedra (probably misspelled that, sorry), and the other pleasant woman who drew my labs. I can now skip the negative reviews and add this LabCorp back to my recommended labs to use. Outstanding service.

I went there for a blood test, and the woman who took my blood didn't set up the syringe and vaccum tube in front of me; instead, she used the one that was already assembled before my visit. I was a little nervous, so I didn't ask if the needle was new or not, but once I got home, the thought struck me that the nurse really used the dirty needle or otherwise, why didn't she unpack the needle or assemble the needle and vaccum tube in front of me? Right now, this anxiousness is really bothering me. .

I had a good experience; just a quick 10-15 minute wait, and the fastest experience I've had with the actual blood being drawn. Everything was quick and easy.
