I went in Tuesday afternoon for a pedicure. She put me in a chair and that was the end of it. I waited over 20 minutes with no updates comments or attention. They didn’t even have me soaking my feet. That’s why I just got up and left. First time I’ve had to do that with this nail salon. Been going here for 5 years. New ownership??? I went down the street to Shine Nails and I was well received and taken care of immediately. New nail salon for me😎???

I’ve been going to Legacy Nails & Spa for many years. The attention to detail by all the technicians has always been 2nd to none!! The management team makes must be very supportive of the staff and you can tell by many of the folks have been working there for many years. Thank you for always taking care of me and treating me as if I was the only one present!!

Every time I go there, the prices change!! Up!! While I’ve gotten good service, the prices are too erratic. I was charged for long nails and mine are NOT long! I can’t go back based on the prices

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AND HERE TRUST ME, GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.
Awful customer service & quality of nails. Not worth the money you’re paying. Read the responses to other bad reviews from the owner and you can see how they treat their customers.
Ive been here 3 times. The first time was years ago, my nails all popped off with dip, so I didn’t go back. I heard good things about this place recently, so I tried it again. The first time I went back recently, there were cuts all over my fingers and I had to go home and file the uneven ones, but the nails themselves seemed to be fine. Took a few days for all those cuts to heal.
The last time I went was the worst. I got my nails done, the shape wasn’t what I asked for and the Gel wasn’t cured all the way. I had file off my own gel and do my own gel at home. Gel is a $20 upcharge. I paid $20 for nothing. The gel underneath was still wet and I could move the polish around. ALSO, the guy cut my real nail where it was bleeding, since he cut the acrylic off too far, then tried to pry the other nails off with another tip, instead of a proper soak-off. 5 days in, 2 nails broke, VERY easily. One by opening a cabinet, and the other by putting hand sanitizer on. POOR QUALITY acrylic, I’ve been wearing acrylics for YEARS this has never happened once.
I went back to get the two nails fixed, and they all completely disregarded that the gel never cured the first time, didn’t even acknowledge this at all, but I ignored it, i jut wanted the two nails fixed. I told them I painted mine myself because of the gel not curing & they would not have the same color, he refused to understand this & gave me two nails that were different colors than the rest because he wouldn’t let me leave with plain acrylic.
He fixe the two nails fine, one completely crooked, but the entire time kept saying my nails were bad and looked terrible, I GOT THEM DONE HERE. They kept asking “who did it” “who did the nails” “what is the name”. I do not know the name, but regardless it came from there. When I was leaving she tried to charge me for the broken nails that didn’t even last a week. I asked why I was being charged, and she said the way the nails broke was my fault & she wears acrylics and she knows that it wasn’t the nail salons fault. And that I was “costing her money” as if my $100 nails that broke, including $20 gel that was not cured, did not cost me money. SUCH a joke. I told her how they broke and she called me a liar to my face several times OUT LOUD in front of everyone. Other customers getting their toes done were looking at me mouthing “don’t pay for that”
Absolutely terrible. I know they will respond some smart response and not take any accountability.

I have been a loyal customer of this salon for over 7 years, but my recent visit was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had, and unfortunately, I will not be returning.
I went in for my birthday to get a pedicure and builder gel nails, specifically requesting two gel polish colors ( Princess Jasmine Mint Green) for my toes. Upon arrival, I was told both colors were out of stock. I agreed to clear polish instead. However, the nail technician immediately began applying the builder gel incorrectly—without using a curing light, which caused the gel to clump and smudge repeatedly. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was assured it was not the final result and that it would be fixed, but the poor technique continued.
To make matters worse, the new management staff approached me with a rude attitude and dismissed my concerns, saying they were doing their best. They couldn’t even provide the simple color “Candy Apple Red,” another shade I requested as a backup. When I insisted on just clear polish, the manager started yelling at me in front of the entire salon, accusing me of being difficult and even physically patting me on my leg and arm inappropriately, which made me extremely uncomfortable.
I clearly asked the technician not to file or shape my natural nails because I planned to visit another salon for completion. Despite this, she filed down my pinky nail without permission, damaging it and ignoring my requests.
Throughout the entire visit, I was treated disrespectfully and condescendingly by management. They repeatedly told me I was “difficult,” questioned my requests, and even suggested I was confused about what I wanted. At one point, the manager yelled at me in front of other customers and staff, which was embarrassing and humiliating.
Additionally, communication was poor. The limited English proficiency of some staff made it difficult to resolve simple issues, which only added to the frustration. The quality of service has clearly declined, and the new management’s attitude is unprofessional and unacceptable.
I paid $47 for a pedicure I did not receive properly and feel I was treated worse than a paying customer should be. This was supposed to be a relaxing birthday treat, but instead, it was stressful and disappointing.
I sincerely hope this review helps others avoid the frustration I experienced. The former management and staff were wonderful and accommodating, but this recent visit was a complete disaster. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Do not waste your time or money here until they improve their customer service and professional standards.

-5 stars. Horrible customer service. I watched the manager / owner / whatever yell in the face of a young girl and basically hold her hostage for “not paying” while her card was in the machine.
Everyone in the salon heard the whole thing because she’s literally screaming at this girl the entire time: but her nails were 5 days old & 2 of them broke off. She was told if anything happens to them within 7 days then they would replace them- but because it was “her fault” they broke, the salon couldn’t have anything coming out of their pocket to fix it.
So shallow of this woman to embarrass the girl like that in front of so many people. I’ve never received a good enough set of nails at this place to support someone like that any longer.
And after exchanging looks around the room, I would bet mine isn’t the only business they’ll be losing.
Just dishonest work, and greedy ownership & management.

The place is beautiful. Some of the staff members need better training, except for Nina. She was amazing. She helped me a lot. I will come back and ask for Nina all the time.

Requested style: Pink natural nexgen
Cleanliness: Very clean atmosphere several tv’s , lighting is great, smells nice
Stylist: Such an amazing nail tech. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience and was an expertise in nail design.

Went in for the first time. The guy who checked us in, seemed not very interested in the fact that we were first time clients in the salon. I usually go to another salon in Corinth and thought I would try somewhere else to see if there was a better experience. Completely not impressed. The nail tech did not ask us our names and barely spook to us. They did a terrible job on my daughters nails. She had a soak off and gel on natural nails. We will not be back. There are far better salons in the area that offer premium drinks for the same price with better quality.

It's been a while since I've been to Legacy Nails & Spa. To my surprise they upgraded there pedicure chairs and there manicure chairs. Very comfortable! And of course the service and quality never changed. I'll be back soon!!

Very good nail salon. Clean and the staff is very professional. Some of the technicians are excellent, I guess it's a matter of good luck to get those guys
