If your black/brown don’t go here. This is for the day crew because the night crew was awesome. Got here at 10:30 am ask for a oil change and for a nail to be removed from tire. Only one truck ahead of me manager said I would be pulled in at 12. 12:30 I ask when will I be pulled In because I was told 12 he said now. I pull up at bay and I sat there for 40 mins because all of the mechanics was in the office laughing having fun. Once I got in bay it took 3 hours to do pm only because the crew rather sit in office and have fun laughing. I witness white drivers pull in get service and leave. Another truck pull in at 11:00am and they didn’t order his part until the next crew came in which was around 4pm Mind u at 11:30 the mechanic told him he was going to order a hose. Back to me once they finish my pm I was told to pull out and wait for call for next bay to pull nail. That never happen but a white driver that come in with a flat and they pulled him straight into a bay I just ask about getting in and was told no just wait until they call me. 6 hours for a oil change and they never got around to checking my tire. I guess I was to black for good service.

There were gaps between people waiting for showers on a Tuesday. Manager and worker acted paranoid about emptying the showers quickly even though it was not busy as a weekend and it started to slow down even more as I finished. I own two trucks and decided to try loves to shower. Loves doesn't have the best service out of my 20 years driving. Glad I fuel my trucks with the competition.

Came to the shop with coolant leak , they did pressure test and told me I need to replace this hose and it’s twin on the other side both were leaking very visible I said go ahead , once they were done and did pressure test they called me and said my radiator is leaking and need to be replaced mind you there was no radiator leak when they first did the test , the radiator was leaking from the socket this big hose was connected to they broke the plastic mouthpiece connecting to it and that’s where the radiator was leaking from , my radiator was fine when I came there I actually replaced it few months ago which informed them but they insisted my radiator was already leaking when I came there even though they didn’t see it first time they did pressure test. I could see the guilt in their eyes but they didn’t want to admit and I had no proof but that’s very unfair you come for something simple as hose replacement and now you have radiator leaking and there is nothing you can do about it

The store itself is just another Loves. The problem is the parking. They are tearing out the parking lot next to the tire shop. So this Loves is running on HALF of its usual parking locations. I had a truck illegally double park in front of me and when reported, TWICE, they did nothing about it. I had to stand in the sun in 110 degree weather to babysit the open spot next to me that a driver tried to back into WITH MY HELP for over an hour and he couldn't get in because of the illegally parked truck in front of us. The parking lot is tight and always full. Multiple trucks were parked in the fire lane and a local officer had to come by and clear them out. This is definitely NOT one of my favorite Love's locations. The shower was clean and very little wait time considering it was 7pm which is prime shower time for truckers.

Not the best Loves, but not the worst. More of a stop for truckers rather than regular cars. There is a lot of trucker merch and even a shower. Overall the store was a little junky but it was pretty clean.

My husband rolled the windows down for me and my baby while he pumped gas and bought ice. After about 2 minutes our truck had 5 bees inside. I took baby out in her car seat because they were landing all around her and then about 10 more found us.

I come in here a lot, usually at night. Not much to say as i don't spend much time inside but it seems to be clean. Employees are usually friendly and hardworking. Lots of options from food and drinks to souvenirs and clothing.

Not the greatest love's, parking is generally full even during the day. The fuel islands are consistently backed up, 3 deep to an island sometimes. People park on both sides of the entrance driveway which makes it impossible for trucks to come in and leave at the same time. So just overall not very good compared to other locations.

There are too many trucks on the road and never enough parking while others just block the way in and out. Every truck stop needs to have at least five hundred parking spots.

Was there for a few days due to repairs being done at the shop.I found the staff to be very nice and helpful in getting the tractor issues squared away as soon as the parts arrived i got a water/fuel separator, (Stan my Tech examined the heater in the housing cap and showed me the metal particulates in it.) His attention to detail was appreciated so a new fuel pump was ordered. While getting the old pump off, and the engine area cleared off, he also found that the air intake manifold had been cracked at the bolting area, overtighten by a supposedly trained tech at a dealership, so add in a new air intake manifold. The funny thing is that I keep a binder of all repairs on my truck, so once out of the shop I checked the air intake recite. It was really suprising to me that the dealership had charged $314 MORE for just that one part than I paid for multiple services at this Loves. Will definitely recommend this Loves Shop to other drivers.Stan, you are the MAN. Hugs to Nathen and Oddie as well for their kindnesses to a crazy old lady.
