Never ever had such bad experience in a salon, firstly the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. We asked for the manicure and the staff didn’t even respond to our questions properly. The nail technicians who took in charge of us were tooo rude, they were replying back to us with such an attitude, I guess their names were Lucy and Holly, they didn’t even listen to us, and handled everything very roughly. They were demanding us to give them more tip at the end. Such a horrible nail salon never go there. It’s waste of your money and time.

Stylist: David was so rude and rough with my nails . It was as if he was being forced . He even painted my nails the wrong color.
DO NOT let him work on your nails

Absolutely horrible experience. Made 5 of my fingers bleed. They did not try to clean up the blood and the blood is now set into my manicure. It was also bleeding so much it set under my nail. I told them before starting I am allergic to lavender and the mail technician still used lavender and did not apologize once they had taken it off after I realized they had not listened. No discount offered and floored by this experience. Do not go here

I asked for just gel polish. (Polish change)$42 no extensions. I was there 15minutes.
The man at the counter never made eye contact or smiled. Just pointed to a chair. My lady tried hard to upsell to dip but I declined. Nails were painted well. I expected to be charged around $25 for the gel, not charged for a manicure I never picked out or asked for. Expensive and very sad atmosphere.

My partner and I came here for a basic manicure and pedicure. Both Luna and Van rushed through our treatments, leaving my cuticles uneven and cut in some places. Our nails were barely filed and they are also uneven. My partner asked for better service and was met with irritation, rude chatter when they left the presence of Luna with little to no change in service. Both of our clear nail polish is chipping and it hasn't even been 24 hours. It honestly looks like I could've done this at home. I would like a refund, I do not ever want to come back here.

Pros: Clean place
Cons: My standard manicure was rushed. I made them redo it. I had to explain that I wanted my nails buffed *evenly*. At that point, the shape didn't matter. I wanted a clear coat. 3 of my nails weren't even painted fully. I'm only satisfied with 5 total different nail shaping on separate hands. We called to complain, they invited us back. Truthfully, Luna's attitude is putting me off from coming back. They offered me a different nail tech but what's the point if my first impression was so lazy and rude? Shouldn't all nail techs here be on level with the standard promised by this business? I don't want a different nail tech that will gossip about me in a different language because I dared to complain about the lackluster service. Overall, I'm not impressed with how they rushed (very poorly) through an easy manicure with clear coat, no clipping, and buffing. Be careful when you go here because they "save" their best nail techs for when someone notices they mess up.

So I’ve been coming here for awhile now and have never really had a problem with my results or the pricing but today was just unreal. They up charged for everything possible on my manicure, things that I felt were not normal. Such as length or the design. The design being a line across my French manicure. I just can’t get behind $85 for a colored French tip manicure with a single line across the nails….. seems outrageous to me.

Won’t be returning again. They were rushing to finish my pedicure and left my toes uneven and the gel polish just slapped on there with out any patience or care. I could have done them myself at this point. My dip nails look good but my finger was cut twice from the speediness of the visit so now I’m in pain. For the amount they charge I’d expect exceptional service and better results.

I have to say I was very disappointed in the service my nieces and I received on June 3, 2024.
I called and made an appointment. The man who answered the phone didn’t answer with the name of the business. Overall, he was just very rude and unprofessional.
Must have been the same man that greeted us when we got there because he was even more rude as heck when we arrived. He huffed and puffed because we obviously took too long to pick out our nail polish. A seven and 11 year old can’t be rushed when they’re looking at 200+ bottles of polish to choose from.
No one offered any of us a beverage. No one showed my young nieces how to turn on their chair massage.
Getting and mani and pedi at same time is never comfortable and is always cramped. I accidentally knocked over some of the dipping powder. Although I apologized more than once, the nail tech just acted irritated about it.
The girl that did my feet did not say one word to me the whole time.
My mani and pedi was merely adequate. We spent $250+ and it was a disappointing experience.
At least my nieces don’t know any better and had a fun time.
So many of the chairs have cracked and torn pleather. It’s just very rundown.
I tried to call and discuss this, but the rude man suddenly did not understand English well.
I won’t be back.

Sorry to be negative but here it goes. Place was very dirty and just nasty to be honest, very decoration had months at the least of dust and dirt. Multiple staff sitting in chairs playing or whatever on their phones and talking loudly to each other. Multiple massage chairs looked like they had been attacked but a lion . The chairs also at one point had cup holders with plastic I'm assuming and ya all those are gone. We were asked several times to pay during our pedicure and that has never happened anywhere else so that was different. They did offer wine and that type of stuff but we declined due to the cleanliness of the location. The lady's did an ok job on our pedicures but the whole process seemed hurried. Fat Boy Tip: get your feet and toes done at least once a month if not every other. I would just select a different location when wanting to actually relax. With tip I think it was 130-140 so at that price you can find better options. Also they don't take any form of Apple Pay or phone payments.

Pedicure chairs tore up, rude greeter at the door, no bar drink options and I got toe fungus from my pedicure.
Cleanliness: Wore and ripped pedicure massage chairs. Not cleaning tools properly, got toe fungus after my pedicure.

Everything was rushed and done about half way. The water was cold they wouldn’t warm it up when asked. I paid for a 22 min massage and it was only 15 min. I asked for a French tip and they are all unevenly painted. The paraffin wax was barely warm and she didn’t even make sure it was all over my foot it all sat on my heal. Will not be going back!!

I was looking for a nail salon a little closer to home so checked out the reviews and decided to take a chance. I guess the reviews are mostly about the nails which makes sense but I went for a pedicure and was so disappointed. First, cleanliness is sub par. Chairs are dingy, things aren't wiped down, just looks unkept and I was one of the first to arrive that morning. The pedicure part, not good. Nails looks fine but all the other steps were rushed and/or not done, especially the massage what is what I really look forward to the most. Won’t be returning.
