It was my first time in this place I loved how my nails looked but is been 2 weeks and my nails are coming off is my first time something like this happened I came back and they only fixed one hand but on my other hand I lost two on once and didn't notice till later

It was a last minute adventure with the husband, to prepare for an upcoming vacation. We chose Shine because they were open a little later on Sunday and had great reviews. Everyone was so nice, starting with a very warm greeting at the door (Hayden I think was her name). The technicians were great, everyone was so friendly. My husband wanted a 3 color pedi in support of his Chiefs upcoming Super Bowl. They didn't complain and it turned out great! I did the Shine manicure as well. To say we are relaxed is an understament! Thank you Shine Team for a lovely Sunday treat! We will be back.

The customer service here is amazing. My nail techs Vikki and Jayden were very helpful with achieving my inspo nails from pinterest and I will be back!!

Edit: they reached out to me pretty quickly after they saw this review and helped fix the issue I was talking about in this review! They refunded the extra bit I was charged for :)They did a great job on my nails and the service from the nail techs was good! So why am I rating this a two star?I had a 10% off everything coupon and the guy at the register ended up overcharging me.Me and my friend got an acrylic full set regular nail polish for $35 + $5 extension. That’s fine so I expected $40He was stubborn about not applying 10% for both of us together on one ticket so I let that go but then he charged us both an extra $5 each for “long nails” when our nails weren’t even long? We got regular extensions and then whenever I pointed that out to him as our total came out to $90 he said that it’s fine- it’s fixed on his side not ours, so I was a little skeptical but I still swiped my card. He printed out the receipt and sure enough it was 90 (105 with tip) So not only did he not apply the coupon, he even charged us extra.Good job on the nail techs but really not happy about the guy being dishonest about the pricing :/

i have never had a better experience at a nail salon than at this place . oh my gosh i am beyond happy and overjoyed with my birthday set of nails. The staff was all so sweet and they even have a 10% off discount for students. Avy was my artist and she was so amazing and took her time to make sure i was happy with the results.

The nail tech was very sweet. She took her time helping me find the right color and offered me a drink as soon as I sat down. She shaped my nails exactly how I wanted, and they look beautiful!

Lien is the best! I shouldn't tell you how great because I don't want to share,LoL.The place is clean and friendly even if you don't use my girl. Her husband is equally great. Ask for Jaden if she's busy.

Lien is great! I’ve been going to her since I moved to Denton and she does a fantastic job. She’s so kind and helpful and I recommend her to all of my friends. Shine is a super cute and clean salon, as well, and they take good care of their clients.
