Richard was beyond good to us and helped us to find some new mattresses after we just moved to Denton from Dallas. He helped us find the right king mattress for us and also showed us and helped us with an adjustable base. We also needed a queen size mattress for our new guest room and he was realistic with the expectations and price point of a mattress for that situation as well. We are so grateful that he was there for one of the scenarios that usually is filled with stress and sometimes deceit! So excited for our new mattresses!

When I purchased my mattres, Kathy the store manager was a wonder. She treated us very respectfully and addressed our every need. I definitely recommend making the west University Mattress Firm your last stop when buying a quality product. Delivery was seamless; on time and professional.

Kathy was ours salesperson. We stopped in on Sunday and she asked us a bunch of questions and directed use to the 2000 series. We tried it and loved it but wanted to try some of the others. I told her that I'm going to shop around but I'll let her know. She was nice and no pressure. I called her two days later and purchased the 2000 series king with adjustable base. Kathy knows her stuff :)
