Brought in a 2024 ASUS ROG Strix G16 gaming laptop (1TB) after being told online I could expect $600–$700.
I waited 40 minutes in a hot store only to be offered $350, which is not reasonable for this model. The guy thought he could lowball me because I'm a young woman lol.
If you’re selling newer electronics, don’t rely on their online estimates. I walked out.

I got great deals here and the whole process was simple. Gissel handled the details fast and clear, and Hope got me amazing deals and made sure everything stayed on track. Both answered questions without delay. Pricing was solid, no surprises, and everything arrived exactly as expected. I’d shop here again.

Wow. Simply put , A1 all around. A1 staff. A1 location. A1 prices and merch. But more so it’s the staff that make you feel super welcomed every time you come in. I drive passed 3 other pawn shops including the “other location” just to get to this EZ Pawn … I’ve been doing business with them for a long time. Ever since my first experience, I haven’t found anything better. Social thanks to Max, Jevonte, and of course Hannah for taking their time to explain everything whenever needed. The fine print can be tricky at pawn shops. Never had a problem here. The honesty , integrity nd service I receive from these guys is one of a kind. And Hannah I don’t know what I would do without you. You’re always so quick to help, explain , and takeover when needed. Only to do a “PERFECT” job every time. I feel beyond comfortable hearing it from you. Phil , how can I ever leave you out. You and your amazing personality and as we all know , your one off memory, ( what a skill) with that said, this here is definitely the “DREAM TEAM” at any establishment! Thank you Ez pawn and the above mentioned associates!

Fair prices, but I can't give a higher rating.
The employee helping me was reluctant to put down Snapchat to do so, after I stood there for 5 minutes, with the most annoyed faux politeness before making a half hearted attempt to even listen to what I'm trying to purchase. 15 extra minutes off my lunch break I wish I had saved in hindsight. The fair deal just isn't worth the hassle.

Everyone that works here is really good people, kind and very helpful. The new manager at this location Jose is by far the best and most knowledgeable manager at any pawn shop that I have been to in the Dfw in the past 15 years. He listens and he doesn't make you feel judged. I’ve had some medical issues recently that made times hard, having to be out of work plus medical expenses. Jose has really been so kind to us every time we have there as have the other employees.
