Metro PCS is a huge rip off! They've been charging me $48 +$2= $50 for my phone service. Now they're saying that I have no insurance and that it was removed in 2023. They said this because they don't want to give me a free phone. So I paid half of the $50, now they still want me to pay the other $50 which still includes the $2.00 insurance fee. When in reality I only owe $23. So I filed a complaint with the BBB! Hopefully they'll get to the bottom of it

We have been with Metro for years, and we recently started using this location. Muhammad was very accommodating and friendly. He offered great deals, and was very honest. We ended up Gering 3 new phones. We have 5 phones with them, and don't have any plans on switching.
