"If you buy "x" phone for $350, I will throw in everything else." Total price was $380+ til I convinced him to lower it by $10 ("Oh, because I have to charge taxes on the extras." The only extras I needed were the protective glass and the case., but he kept piling more things on. Add to that the activation fee from T-Mobile, and my monthly fee jumped $5 or $6 dollars for reasons no one explained. I felt pressured (fast talking and talked over me) as well as condescended to, and I honestly feel that that was a cover for his own ineptitude. My experience there a year ago went great--perfect transaction, no surprises. Everything was explained up front by a super-sweet young lady. Not this time. I won't be back.

This is the worst facility I've ever experienced for buying phones and getting support. The staff in this facility will lie to a customer to sell a product or even sell a defective product then tell you it's your problem and it's going to cost you $xxxx. They have never cared about doing good business and have continually lied in order to clear their inventory. Stay away from this shop. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I have been away from home since July and have been back less than seven days since then. I have limited time and access to handle my phone business so I've had no opportunity to go elsewhere. I will take the extra time from now on to go somewhere else.

I was really impressed a sound when I went in there. The store was clean there was not a lot of people in there. The employee let me browse at my own pace and was not trying to push any particular item.

The manager will not honor advertised prices without bundling in higher priced plans, a screen protector, and case. What should have been $97 after tax came out to $220. Waste of time.

So the mgr has been out and I have wasted 3 trips there no bueno with gas prices but so they care? Not at all The 1st trip store closes early 2nd trip NO AC I'm sweating all over the place as the agent talks to her boss in another language ( I'm from another country too and find this to be so rude as to it appeared it was something they didn't want me to know. Big waste of my time and gas

Overcharged me for an old iphone and they pocketed my money. The manager changed the information in the system so he could get away with it along with never giving me a receipt with the phone model listed even after asking. Everyone was accusing me of getting my information wrong.

Went in to upgrade my mother's phone. After picking out the phone we asked the young lady if she was going to download the contacts amd said unless we had an email account it couldn't be done. Took the new phone and stopped at the Sanger location and the lady said no problem and down loaded the contacts and pictures. Hmmmm.

The best customer service from Yasmin!! She was so friendly and helpful. She walked me through the whole process of switching my service to Metro. Even before I came in person, I called and she was so friendly explain the price and details to me. That’s what made me come to this store. Give her props!!

I came to upgrade my phone because I had cracked my phone. Mrs. Liz helped me to get my email and restore all my information from the old to the new one. Great Experience she always goes above and beyond in other events too. The only one that I seen that last in a company.
