This was my second time to be treated badly at this store. Reverse racism doesn't feel good and your lazy staff need to be fired. Look at your camera footage and see. This store is an embarrassment to our community!

I did not have a pleasant experience here. Went in and there were two clerks, one of the guys was super nice, the other dude was very pushy, interrupting all the time, and kept pushing products right and left. The guy that kept interrupting was difficult to understand because he had a thick accent and spoke too fast. Sadly he was the one who knew the most out of the two so we had to deal with him until we just straight up had to tell him to back off and let the other guy who originally was helping us to finish. I will not return to this store if this dude is here. He said he was a manager because he kept bragging his manager discount code or whatever, but he sure doesn't know how to act like a manager as he was rude and unprofessional. Run away from this store and go to another Metro PCS in the area, thankfully in Denton, you have several options. I should have left without wasting my money here.

Convenient to make metro phone payments have a small selection of phones if you want an upgrade I go up the street on University Drive to their metro location for an upgrade on a phone.

Getting to make an effort to help the first customer that walked in that just wanted to pay his bill and act like they didn't want to answer our questions when we wanted to buy something simple and I told him three times that I was here to pay a bill also and he just act like I didn't say anything will not go back to your store again and it was at 5:00 when we went into your store today

I went inside the store in intention on getting an upgrade and pay my bill. The girl Keke had already arranged the upgrade and the bill close to over $200However I told her about wanting to change my number alsoShe was quick enough to change everything and not only she Gave me a way better phone and my new number but it was how considerate she was by helping me purchase something better that is worth my money.I walked out with a new 5G phone, screen protector, case, and speaker for less than $200.Good job

The Clerk was rood as could be after sitting for half an hour waiting for her to finish helping other customers she asked very aggressively what do u need I asked for help to switch my phones she said she couldn't do it and that she wont do it and that she was closing soon she did not greet me at the door or even acknowledges my existanceI have to retract the above review I was having a bad day and did not do the right thing by postingThat review the Clerk Kenya was nothing but professional with me and followed the company policies to a T and was managing multiple customers and trying to close the store. I want to offer my sinserest apologies to her and if it caused her any trouble I was out of line. Kenya has always helped me to the best of her abilities and Metro is lucky to have her as an amazing employee thank you for all your help

Some reviews are not very helpfulThe young lady Kenya that works there all by herself goes beyond the expectations and should be promoted or get a raise. She pampers me and does everything she can every time.

They never answer the phone when I call to ask a question. I am a long time customer with 4 lines there and because it goes straight to voicemail when I call I am really considering cancelling my service with them.
