I was there on Saturday 7/6 around 4:30pm picking up my order that I had placed the day before and the girl at the register (young girl with brown hair) was so rude, she had attitude and threw my bag on the counter and even rolled her eyes at me. I told her thank you even after doing all that and she ignored me.

Michael's has now added self-checkout so that I can do the work of a cashier, even when there are no other customers. Just went to checkout, was the only customer, and the cashier directed me to the self-checkout since I was paying by card. The self-checkout layout was not intuitive. The bags are under the counter on the right side of the checkout, and there is no lower level to place your items in the bag after scanning. So I inadvertently scanned the same item twice. Took two employees to fix it, no ease-of-use involved.
An intuitive design would involve scanning the item to the left, placing it in a bag and then storing it in your cart. Instead, you scan your item to the left, have to bring it back to the right, pray it didn’t scan the item again, dig for a sack under the counter on the right, place it on the counter, scan the next item and follow the same steps, until you get back to the bag that has now collapsed so you must fumble with it again. Stupid layout.
Once I finally get done, I go to return my basket and the cashier runs over to intercept me so she can wipe it down with a disinfectant wipe. Where was that enthusiasm when I was needing someone to check me out? Ridiculous and no customer service.

Cashier very rude , and not patient at all . Cashier was getting upset at me because she couldn’t understand an exchange . Rolling her eyes . Really not call for . I shop here at this location frequently never had an issue till today .

Mrs. Ellen is always so helpful anytime I'm there. Great selection of glitter and general craft products. Wish they carried more wearable items (ie hats for crafting). Well stocked, organized and helpful employees. Thank you!

Always my favorite place to get craft stuff... but they've made some changes. I was using my app to shop for an item, but was in the area and decided to just get it in store. At the register (new touch screen self checkout) my item didn't pull the same price as the app. I ended up buying on the app but had my item right there at the register. Weird but makes me double check now.

There's a gal there that knows the store! However, she also didn't seem to want to be there, and by the time I left I felt shamed and little...I "made" her run her register in order to check-out. By the time I had her do it twice because I ran back to get more, I couldn't wait to get out of there. She just ended up not being very nice. ?

Standard arts abd crafts store; more emphasis on the crafts. Join their rewards program as there’s usually some sort of coupon or sale that you can get. New self service kiosks for check out.

Looking for Glowforge supplies for a project with time pressure. Unfortunately they were out of most everything and didn’t have what we needed. Hopefully they will restock quickly. Until then it’s online shopping. It’s great that they plan on stocking Glowforge supplies

Not the friendly staff. They don’t return phone calls. Items are misplaced and have incorrect pricing which they do not match even when there is the entire stock of the item sitting in the spot. This item was really 5.99. This is not the only item I found to be incorrectly price with more than one item in the incorrect spot.They just say, “Do you still want it?”
