Looking for Glowforge supplies for a project with time pressure. Unfortunately they were out of most everything and didn’t have what we needed. Hopefully they will restock quickly. Until then it’s online shopping. It’s great that they plan on stocking Glowforge supplies

Not the friendly staff. They don’t return phone calls. Items are misplaced and have incorrect pricing which they do not match even when there is the entire stock of the item sitting in the spot. This item was really 5.99. This is not the only item I found to be incorrectly price with more than one item in the incorrect spot.They just say, “Do you still want it?”

I went to Michael's on a beautiful slow afternoon and I was checked out by Ellen. Ellen was like the soggy lettuce garnish resting under a burger. Not much use and you're not quite sure why it's still there. All I can say is I hope she has a good day because clearly she needs one. xx

Be careful if you need to return an online purchase here. The woman who “helped” me basically insinuated that I was trying to run a scam on her. There was some kind of error when scanning my barcode from the email, so she interpreted it as “looks like it’s already been returned”!! She went to scan the barcode on the item itself and made a point to say beforehand she didn’t think they even carry the item (of course it came up that they did, I had the email proving it). There was still some kind of error on her end, and basically she was like well I can’t help you guess you’ll just have to send it back. At this point I had already thrown away all the packaging and as it was an odd shaped item, that wasn’t an option. I asked about a receipt-less option, store credit anything to get this situation over with (the item was only $16!) and she said “we don’t do receipt-less returns.” Which is an obvious lie, that she soon got caught in when her manager finally came over and did the return that way. This happened almost a week ago now and I am still bothered enough to write a review online. I have never, ever been treated this way by another human being, and would never think of treating someone like that myself. Reflects poorly on the entire company.

I want to not like this place cause I can't keep my girlfriend outta the store but I have to admit I always have a great time shopping here and the staff is just excellent. Love it.

I didn't like this location as much as I have others. No one to help me find what I was looking for. And when i did get help they had no selections for paint by numbers or wobbles. These were gifts for my crafty daughter. Was disappointed.

Michael's had a large variety of the items I was shopping for and I was able to purchase what I came for. Only issue was the aisles were blocked with carts and employees loading shelves.

Love Micheals, especially them putting in the little maker areas. That area was closed when I went last but it's really a lovely idea that I hope is used a lot more.
