If I could give a negative number review I would. I walked in to an appointment which I can say they were on time but that’s the only good thing I can say. I had 102* temp, throwing up, had a bladder infection and to top it all off a horrible migraine. The doctor told me to get excedrine for migraines and sent me home. Excedrine for migraines is like trying to put a house fire out with a garden hose. What am I suppose to do about the bladder infection? The throwing up?Now if this saves one person from going here maybe this review helps because I’m sure no one from CVS reads the reviews. If they do could you please call me and address these issues.

Derek Peters, the NP took care of getting my daughter vaccines up to date. Thank you for the swift care!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Came in for strep got prescribed penicillin (I asked for a steroid also, just in case since it was Christmas weekend coming up), when penicillin wasn’t working I called back after 2 days like they said. And told me “to go to urgent care or e.r. Because I might have an abscess that might need to be drained. (Over the phone)”. My son also has strep and his doctor prescribed him, an antibiotic, steroid, and albuterol..this guy is basically google, but at least he prescribes penicillin..??♀️??♀️??♀️

Signage says they open at 8:30amSo does Google, cvs.com, and the front of the store. I show up a few minutes early, literally nobody is here, nobody greets me. Website says $59, signs say $99 and up. Quack doctor finally walks out she says yes they're open "what's wrong with you" (possible pink eye) she immediately looks for reason to not treat me, until it literally shows up on the screen they do treatment for that.then she proceeds to tell me that she has a phone call and that she can't help me for 15 or 30 minutes. I'm now 20 minutes into waiting. Like I literally got a beg for somebody to just greet me and acknowledge that I'm here and then as soon as they do they immediately go back to ignoring me.

Worst experience at any Minute Clinic! My son's appointment was at 11:30, it's 12:45 as I'm writing this. No one has any care in this location. We still haven't been seen. Others are canceling & walking out. I'm waiting because my son has strep & I need antibiotics. The "care concierge" is a complete waste of resources. For over an hour I have watched her play on her phone, walk around talking to coworkers & snap at any customer who asks her a question.

Very timid medical personnel, clearly terrified of COVID-19, scheduling for the minute clinic is a nightmare. I'm just not impressed with this location. They treated us like we are crazy for whatever reason, we kept our 6 feet distance, wore our mask and I am a nurse and have dealt with COVID-19 on a high scale level, and if you're gonna get it nothing will stop it, vaccinated or not. Anyways.. just wish they didn't treat us like we are scum of the earth. Don't plan on coming back... ugh.

NP Parson was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. This was my first experience at a walk in clinic and I am very satisfied with the care.

Literally a glorified quack shack... Came here for COVID-19 testing to which I previously tested positive... Not only was I physically incapable of getting out of my car without help, but they wanted me to walk THROUGH the store (note I had COVID before, this was the test to see if I still had it). My appointment was at 2:00, they only called me after I called the pharmacy at 2:15 and I was told that even though I am physically unable to get out of my car, I still have to come inside. How does that make sense? Do better CVS...To everybody that physically walks into this store, be VERY CAREFUL!!! People who have tested positive for COVID have probably walked through this store. Maybe they touched things, maybe they didn't, but is it really worth it when you can go to another location that's more accommodating to people who actually have COVID-19???

I've been in multiple times because I don't have a PCP yet. The doctor is really friendly. Depending on arrival, flu season it can take a while. However, would be at gyno that long before seeing her. So I'm fine with that. Been in/out in 20 before too. Again, he's nice, thorough.
