Michael Osborne has been a blessing to rent our home hassle free!
From the minute he stepped into our home, he was full of energy, prepared with sign boards, documents , etc to put me at ease. I had a time constraint as I was flying out of country shortly. Mike told me that shouldn’t be a concern et all as he had experience of selling homes and renting it for non resident owners. My home was rented within 72 hours!! He connected me with the cleaners, pest control etc to ensure the home was move in ready. I will recommend Mr. Osborne to anyone for a hassle free home transaction experience!

We can't say enough good things about Mike Osborne! He helped us purchase a custom home new build and not only was he present and available throughout the entire build, he has been with us post move-in as we clear up some issues with the builder. Many realtors would walk away after getting paid or even after the closing, not Mike. He is our realtor and advocate 100% of the time. You are in good hands with Mike, we highly recommend him!!!

I can highly recommend Mike Osborne! Over the course of a year Mike made 5 trips to two lakes and helped us with 3 offers in a super competitive market. We closed two weeks ago on our Lake House at Cedar Creek Lake! Mike was a great advocate for us as buyers and was always available whenever we needed him, thanks Mike for the great service!

We give all the praise to God almighty. Today is a true blessing. Being able to secure a home that we love in this housing market is a blessing all by itself. My family recently moved to DFW from Phoenix. We were looking at rental homes, not knowing where we should be looking. A friend introduced us to Mike, and it was a perfect match! We used Michael to sell and buy house for us. He did great job on getting our house ready to sell. Entire process went smoothly & he took care of all problems that came up. We got an offer in less than 24 hours. We got price we wanted and he negotiated 2 & 1/2 months of free rent. He also negotiated lot of money off our new home. He was very responsive to all concerns we had & had no problem taking care of everything. Any time we needed him he was available. If you need realtor that take stress of your shoulders and do the work in very professional way and not to worry about stuff in selling or buying process Michael is the person that you should contact.
