So I signed in and not even 2 minutes later Khushbu (Forgive me, I may have spelt it wrong) walked over and asked if I had an appointment with a specific agent and I explained that I just needed a name change and she said she could help me with it and not even 10 minutes later she had my name changed and all my questions answered.
