Daniel (Sales) was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the process and eased my mind a few times. The price was almost half what I was quoted from other companies so I was skeptical, however Puma came through with a great crew. They were fast, efficient and very pleasant to work with. When we moved down from Colorado back home we searched and searched for a storage unit that we could afford at the time. Funds were tight from the move and both of us being in between jobs. We had our whole home in our cars and it was all about to be lost.

Kaylee, the new manager, got back to me immediately, and she helped me navigate my lease agreement on the spot. I'm very grateful to her. I was prepared to switch locations, but Kaylee handled my concerns professionally and with care.
For anyone worried (as I was), parking is always accessible, even with downtown Denton's seasonal foot traffic. The facility is also pleasantly clean and well-kept.”
