Pretty good service, I went with a friend and there was zero wait time. I don’t remember the lady that did my nails, but the cuticle job wasn’t great, she cut my cuticles to the point where 3 of them were bleeding. Although she was very apologetic, I still wish I had gotten a discount.

I recently just moved to Denton and was skeptical due to the reviews but I put 5 stars because the service was quick, sanitary, and Ryan did what I asked for. I wanted a particular color that was a bit harder to find and Ryan was more than happy to keep finding the right color unlike other nail places! The price was a little pricey compared to back in my hometown but honestly it was SO worth it. Thank you Ryan!!! The other staff seemed friendly as well!! I will most definitely be back!! I don’t leave reviews but I had to leave one. 🤍🤍

Because I live really close by, I would come here all the time. Service was a hit or miss, but the location was convenient. I was in the area the other day and figured I would come in and get my nails done because it was once again convenient. I had one nail repaired that nail was bigger than all of my other nails and not shaped correctly. The lady who did my pedicure cut my foot I don’t like that she acted like it was not a big deal. She put something on it to stop the bleeding and after being there for almost an hour my foot was still bleeding and is currently very painful it’s been two days. I decided to do this review because after seeing the payment processed in my account I noticed that I was charged $20 extra. I will not be back.

The last two times I have been here have not been a great experience. The first of the last two I waited like 30 minutes to even be seen, then when I finally was being helped another regular client came in and sat in the seat next to me. My nail tech then started helping her while also helping me doubling the amount of time I was there. When she went to dry my nails with the machine she kept forgetting to turn it on and blamed me because she thought I kept moving and turning it off, but my boyfriend was with me and backed me up that she just kept forgetting to turn it on. One of the times it didn’t turn on she thought maybe it would have been dry anyways so she wiped it with her finger and it smeared, so she had to redo that whole nail. I was probably there for about 3 hours in total. The second time I went just to get my nails off and a manicure without polish. The lady took my nails off and hurt me twice while doing so because she got too close to my real nail. She didn’t even say sorry after I said ouch and flinched back. That’s not a big deal I don’t always expect a sorry, but she then did it again and grabbed my hand when I flinched acting like it was my fault that I moved. Now I know that getting nails off means my nails underneath aren’t going to be very pretty, but she didn’t even file the edges or clean the excess nail debris off. I would understand that if I didn’t get a manicure with it, but I did and manicures are $35. I know this place can do nails good when they try because there has been a couple other times I got nails there and they were good, but recently that seem to have gone down hill in customer service and quality.

Burn out central. All of this staff hates their job and it’s clear. No personality no sparkle , rushing through every client to get done. Didn’t even ask me if I liked my nails or followed the design. I used to love this place and now I avoid it at all costs. I’d go anywhere but here if you want to feel like a human being.

So I will never go here again. Everyone was rude and abrasive and the guy didn’t remove my prior gel so it shows thru my new polish. Very disappointed

Kind employees, beautiful nail work! Good price for 2 people (I brought a friend with me).
The lady doing my nails was very patient and she kept checking that I was happy with the way my nails looked. A pleasant experience!
The only problem was my nail started peeling after 1 week, (I'm not sure if it was the technique they used or if I was just reckless with my nails.) but they looked very nice and I was happy with them!

Easter weekend Lisa is my nail tech which is not in. I called and requested someone else to do it and the man was so nasty to me. I been going there for over 2 months and I really didn’t have any issues. If a nail breaks they fix it. However Easter weekend I have GelX nails - Lisa said the tips she used was defected so they might break if they do she would fix it. There is someone else that does GelX there and she would not fix my nails for me.
The man that answered the phone said I am with a customer rude and I can’t sit and talk to you on the phone and hung up.
Very Bad Customer Service Today! I do not appreciate how I was treated. Lisa needs to fix this problem within the shop!

I will be looking for another salon. I initially came in for a pedicure and full set. The man that greeted me was extremely rude and impersonal. He didn’t say hello or anything. I told him what I needed done and he got me with a tech who was extremely nice.
The second time I came in, I needed a repair on my thumb nail (it broke). Again I encountered the same man, who just said “sit” Keep in mind I called prior to coming and was told to come about 4PM.

Do Not recommend! Went here because my friend had a gift certificate. I got the $40 pedi and nail dip. I did not get polish on my feet. The technician did not buff my nails, so they look dull. After sitting with my hands in acidtone for over 45 minutes I asked the gentleman about the status of my dip service, someone spoke up. Turns out they got my friend and I mixed up. They left out my friends deluxe manicure (only dipped her nails) and rushed my dip. There are better places with friendlier and professional services. INails or Epic Nails in Corinth to name a couple. Don't waste your time here!
