After shopping once, shopping 3x at Carvana and guess what dealership, either way, come see MIKE! I had credit challenges, and the dealerships approved me to the point of telling me to buy insurance and come sign. I spent 2 grand in down payments and insurance that I'm still waiting on refund for. Mike was 0 pressure, got me in to a nice SUV with 30,000 less miles than the dealership cars, plus a 2 yr 36,000 mile full warranty, discount oil changes. The process was so simple and the payments fit right in my budget. Brandon the finance guy was thorough and both guys very kind, respectful, and addressed every question and concern I had. I'm giving them 5 stars all the way. Great job!

I bought a car from this dealership a year half ago . Everything was fine till I started having issues . Paid the lean holder over 12k in payments and the warrant my that they have is not worth it . They refused to pay for the power train issue even though it was covered but they are saying it’s not covered . That’s false advertisement on their part . They didn’t even believe me when I told them the car had no power and went out there when I returned the vehicle they had the look of dumbness . That I was actually right . And now it’s their problem ! Never buy a car from this dealership !!

Gary was absolutely amazing he helped ease my anxiety of getting rejected and then being sold a lemon again. He was amazing with answering all of my questions and making our interactions smooth from day one. He helped me figure out what was my best options for my family and me. When the time comes for my children to buy cars we will be coming back and working solely with Gary. Gary gets 100% Satisfaction from me and I love my Jeep.

Super amazing customer service . After stressing and stressing over getting a car Michael said yes approved not not did i get approved but I got a better car than I was originally coming in for . Michael got me a good down payment affordable monthly payments . He is very patient. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Micheal and this amazing company. Also the cars there on the lot are very nice and come with warranty . I highly recommend this place and highly recommend go see Michael

They sold me a lemon! 6 months in and I’m letting the car go back. It’s not drivable and has left me stranded too many times in 6 months! The car cuts out while im on the highway with my kids, very dangerous. They just keep giving me the run around. Wise credit is no help. All they care about is the payment! And the shops that take the warranty plans are 10+ miles away from me which does not help the situation. The whole 6 months 3 of them the car didn’t drive correctly. I will not give these people another dime! I called today and was threatened that if I don’t keep the car it would go on my credit for 7 years. Join the other bills on my credit! Come get your hunk a junk out of my driveway please!
